Perairan Lhok Seudu bertempat di Gampong Layeun yang merupakan sebuah desa pesisir di Kecamatan Leupung Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Unit penangkapan ikan yang digunakan mayoritas adalah bagan apung. Strategi operasi penangkapan pada bagan apung di Perairan Lhok Seudu masih kurang mempertimbangkan penerapan faktor-faktor produksi yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil tangkapan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi hasil tangkapan dan menghitung tingkat efisiensi teknis serta tingkat efisiensi alokatif dari penggunaan faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi hasil tangkapan bagan apung di Perairan Lhok Seudu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sensus dengan jumlah populasi berjumlah 15 unit bagan apung yang dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai bulan Juli tahun 2022. Analisis faktor produksi seperti volume jaring, jumlah lampu, jumlah ABK, jumlah BBM, jumlah setting, dan daya mesin genset dianalisis dengan pendekatan Cobb-Douglas. Hasil persamaan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas unit penangkapan bagan apung di Perairan Lhok Seudu yaitu LnY = 1,21 + 0,26 LnX1 + 0,03 LnX2 - 0,10 LnX3 + 0,50 LnX4 + 0,73 LnX5 - 0,09 LnX6. Lhok Seudu waters are located in Gampong Layeun which is a coastal village in Leupung District, Aceh Besar District. The fishing unit used by the majority is the lift-nets. The strategy of fishing operations on floating charts in Lhok Seudu waters still does not consider the application of production factors that can affect the catch. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect the catch and calculate the level of technical efficiency and the level of allocative efficiency of the use of production factors that affect the catch of floating lift nets in Lhok Seudu waters. The research method used is the census method with a population of 15 lift-nets units conducted from June to July 2022. Analysis of production factors such as net volume, number of lights, number of crew members, amount of fuel, number of settings, and generator engine power were analyzed with the Cobb-Douglas approach. The results of the Cobb-Douglas production function equation for the floating chart catch unit in Lhok Seudu waters are LnY = 1.21 + 0.26 LnX1 + 0.03 LnX2 - 0.10 LnX3 + 0.50 LnX4 + 0.73 LnX5 - 0.09 LnX6.
