ABSTRAK

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Keterlibatan sistem pernapasan umumnya terjadi pada COVID-19 sehingga foto toraks memiliki peranan penting dalam diagnosis dan manajemen pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jenis lesi paru pada foto toraks dengan status pemulangan pasien rawat inap COVID-19 di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross- sectional dan pendekatan retrospektif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 yang rawat inap di RSUDZA Banda Aceh pada bulan Agustus-September tahun 2021 yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 137 pasien. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis lesi paru yang paling banyak ditemukan pada pasien rawat inap COVID-19 adalah konsolidasi (78,1%). Status pemulangan terbanyak pasien rawat inap COVID-19 yang dilakukan pemeriksaan foto toraks awal yaitu pasien dengan kondisi perbaikan (69,3%). Hasil uji statistik Chi-square diperoleh p-value sebesar
0.001 sehingga Ha diterima. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah terdapat hubungan jenis lesi paru pada foto toraks dengan status pemulangan pasien rawat inap COVID-19 di RSUDZA Banda Aceh.

ABSTRACT Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Involvement of the respiratory system generally occurs in COVID-19 so chest X-rays has an important role in the diagnosis and management of patients. This study aims to determine the relationship between the type of lung lesion on chest X-ray and the discharge status of COVID-19 inpatients at RSUDZA Banda Aceh. This study uses an observational analytical research method with cross-sectional design and retrospective approach. The sample for this study was patients who were confirmed positive for COVID-19 who were hospitalized at RSUDZA Banda Aceh in August-September 2021 who had met the inclusion criteria of 137 patients. Sampling by purposive sampling method. The hypothesis test used is the Chi-square. The results showed that the most common type of lung lesion found in COVID-19 inpatients was consolidation (78.1%). The most discharge status of COVID-19 inpatients who underwent an initial chest X-ray examination were patients with improved conditions (69.3%). Statistical test Chi-square obtained a p-value of 0.001 so that Ha was accepted. The conclusion obtained is that there is a relationship between the type of lung lesion on chest X-ray and the discharge status of COVID-19 inpatients at RSUDZA Banda Aceh.
