Pada penelitian tari Poh Kipah, permasalahan yang diangkat adalah “Analisis Struktur Gerak Tari Poh Kipah”. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan analisis struktur gerak tari Poh Kipah. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah struktur gerak tari Poh Kipah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, sehingga analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (a) Analisis struktur tari Poh Kipah berdasarkan gerak bagian tubuh meliputi gerak kepala, gerak badan, gerak tangan, dan gerak kaki. Untuk memudahkan penganalisisan, maka gerak dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu gerak sebagai sikap dan sebagai pelaksana. Gerak sebagai unsur sikap meliputi 3 unsur sikap kepala, 3 unsur sikap badan, 5 unsur sikap tangan dan 8 unsur sikap kaki. Sedangkan gerak sebagai pelaksana meliputi 5 unsur gerak kepala, 8 unsur gerak badan, 31 unsur gerak tangan dan 11 unsur gerak kaki. (b) Sedangkan analisis struktur gerak tari Poh kipah terdiri atas 9 gugus gerak, 22 kalimat gerak, 98 frase gerak, dan
709 motif gerak. (c) Tata hubungan hirarkis gramatikal tari Poh kipah memiliki 709 motif, 98 frase, 22 kalimat dan 9 gugus gerak, Tata hubungan sitagmatis tari Poh kipah memiliki hubungan seperti mata rantai yang saling mengait dan tidak dapat dipisahkan yang terdapat pada gugus pertama.Tata hubungan paradigmatis dalam tari Poh kipah terdapat pada gugus pertama yaitu antar frase 8 dan 9, frase tersebut dapat dipertukarkan dan tidak mempengaruhi motif dan hubungan gerak yang lain jika tidak
berubah keterkaitan pola gerak dengan iringannya.

This study aims to describe the analysis of the movement structure of the Poh Kipah dance. The object of this study is the movement structure of the Poh Kipah dance. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research data is qualitative in nature, so the data analysis uses a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed: (a) Analysis of the structure of the Poh Kipah dance based on body movements including head movements, body movements, hand movements and foot movements. To facilitate analysis, motion is divided into 2, namely motion as an attitude and as an executor. Movement as an element of attitude includes 3 elements of head attitude, 3 elements of body attitude, 5 elements of hand attitude and 8 elements of foot attitude. Meanwhile, the executor's movements include 5 elements of head movements, 8 elements of body movements, 31 elements of hand movements and 11 elements of foot movements. (b) While the analysis of the movement structure of the Poh Kipah dance consists of 9 moving groups, 22 moving sentences, 98 moving phrases, and 709 motion motives. (c) The grammatical hierarchical relationship arrangement of the Poh Kipah dance has 709 motifs, 98 phrases, 22 sentences and 9 movement groups. The syntactical relationship arrangement of the Poh Kipah dance has a relationship like a chain that is intertwined and cannot be separated in the first cluster. The paradigmatic in the Poh Kipah dance is found in the first cluster, namely between phrases 8 and 9, these phrases can be exchanged and do not affect other motives and motion relations if not changing the pattern of movement associated with the accompaniment.
