 <note>Sexually  transmitted  disease  is a disease  that is transmitted  mainly  through  sexual intercourse.  Sexually  transmitted  diseases  have a negative  impact  on the pregnant mother   which   can   lead   to  abortion,    obstructed    labor   prematurus,    defective fetus/infant   ti fetal  death.  The study  was descriptive  cross-sectional   survey  design, which  aims  10 know  the  description   of  knowledge,   education,   income  pregnant women  towards   prevention    of  sexually   transmitted   diseases   in  obstetrics   and gynecology   dr. Zainoel  Abidin   Banda  Aceh.  Sampling   was  done  by  accidental sampling  10  the total  sample  of 42 people.   The Result,  effort  to prevent   sexually transmitted    disease   in  pregnant    women   is  less   well   callsified,    the   level   of knowledge   of  pregnant   women   classified   as poor.   maternal   education   level  is dominated    by  secondary   education,   income   level  pregnant   women   considered lessworthy,   Pregnant   women  who  are  both  knowledgeable,    well  educated   and decentincomes    tend   to  have   a  good   sexually    transmitted    disease   prevention efforts.  Based on research  that has been done  10 the party  expected  to dr. Zainoel Abidin   Banda   Aceh   to provide   counseling   about  sexually   transmitted   disease, especially  in pregnant  women.&#13;
