RINGKASAN

Usaha opat coffee ini adalah produk inovasi yang bergerak dalam bidang minuman, yang dimana produk ini menggunakan bahan baku kopi dan Jelly, yang mana pada kopi dan Jelly dapat di variasikan menjadi minuman yang di gemari berbagai kalangan dari usia remaja hingga tua. Peluang pada produk opat coffee tersebut terbilang sangat menjanjikan yang mana kopi dan Jelly yang mudah di dapatkan akan di olah menjadi minuman yang simpel dan usaha ini bisa jadi alternatif lain bagi penikmat kopi yang bosan meminum kopi saja tanpa campuran Jelly sehingga konsumen dari opat coffee lebih tertarik mencoba produk ini.
Tujuan dalam penulisan tugas akhir adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan usaha opat coffee. Objek penelitian ini penulis berfokus pada produk opat coffee. Ruang lingkup tugas akhir ini membahas tentang anlisis kelayakan usaha opat coffe di kota banda aceh. Lokasi produksi opat coffee di Jl. Jelingke no.28, Kecamatan Syiah Kuala, Kota Banda Aceh. Waktu penelitian tugas akhir ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22 agustus 2022. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode observasi. Metode Observasi adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan suatu pengamatan dengan disertai pencatatan terhadap keadaan atau prilaku objek sasaran.
Hasil analisis produksi biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk produksi opat coffee menunjukkan bahwa total pendapatan kotor adalah Rp 1.440.000/minggu dengan keuntungan Rp 416.386/minggu, BEP jumlah produksi sebesar 85 botol dan BEP harga sebesar Rp. 8.500/unit. Nilai R/C Ratio sebesar 1,4 dan nilai ROI sebesar 40.6% menunjukkan bahwa usaha opat coffee menguntungkan serta layak untuk dikembangkan

SUMMARY This Opat coffee business is an innovation product that is engaged in the beverage sector, where this product uses coffee and Jelly as raw materials, which in coffee and Jelly can be varied into drinks that are liked by various groups from teenagers to old age. Opportunities for the Opat coffee product are very promising, where coffee and Jelly that are easy to get will be processed into simple drinks and this business can be another alternative for coffee connoisseurs who are tired of drinking coffee without a mixture of Jelly so that consumers of Opat coffee are more interested. try this product. The purpose of writing the final project is to find out the income of the opat coffee business. The object of this research is the author focuses on the Opat coffee product. The scope of this final project discusses the feasibility analysis of the Opat coffee business in the city of Banda Aceh. Opat coffee production location on Jl. Jelingke no.28, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City. The time of this final project research was carried out on August 22, 2022. The data collection method used in this final project used the observation method. Observation method is a data collection technique that is carried out with an observation accompanied by a recording of the state or behavior of the target object. The results of the analysis of the production costs required for the production of opaque coffee show that the total gross income is Rp. 1,440,000/week with a profit of Rp. 416,386/week, BEP total production is 85 bottles and BEP price is Rp. 8,500/unit. The R/C Ratio value of 1.4 and the ROI value of 40.6% indicate that the Opat coffee business is profitable and feasible to develop.
