Health Problems faced by elementary schoolboy age were very complex and varies. It usually relate to environmental and individual hygiene. Effect of which in generating from problem above is infecting of infection disease like diarrhea. skin disease and ISPA (Upper Bronchi Infection).Target of this research is to know the picture of personal hygiene of schoolboy of primary country school No.82 Lamnyong Regional Job of Public health service center of Kopelma Darussalam Banda Aceh Year 2006. Framework Concept which in used in this research is model approach system. According To Ludwig Van Bertalanffy. and according to Chester I. Bernard, The System consist of Input, Output and Process. Design research which in used is Descriptive Explorative. method data collecting sample trough Stratified Random Sampling per 72 pupil, which held on 22 of August until 26 August 2006. Technique of data collecting which in used is base by using the Assessments tool unit. then data process for percentage result by calculating rate unit technique. From The Result we have, Personal hygiene for skin and nail category we got unfavorable value (58,3%). Then for tooth and mouth hygiene category of Personal Hygiene of pupil. it has good value( 52,78%). Good Personal Hygiene category of hair (62.50%). Personal hygiene of hand and feet category we got unfavorable value (52,78%). Personal hygiene of ear and nose we have category unfavorable (59,72%). Personal hygiene of eye it has good category (55, 56%). Pursuant to the result of research we expect to PHC/ Puskesmas Kopelma Darussalam for always run the Program of Health Effort for School (UKS) more actively and routine in order to control health of pupil. This research as referee to all party about the health of schoolboy problem, in order always to keep cleaning and health by take bath minimum 2 times a day, hair washing, toothbrush after and before eat, nail cut, then to keep cleaning of eye, ear and nose routinely. People and Parent should help to do it if they can not do by they self
