Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh media lapbook
terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran
IPS kelas VII MTsS Darul Hikmah Kabupaten
Aceh Besar. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini
adalah rendahnya nilai hasil belajar IPS siswa.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat besarnya
pengaruh media lapbook terhadap hasil belajar
siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VII MTsS
Darul Hikmah. Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Preexperimental design, berbentuk one group pretestposttest design yang mana hanya terdapat satu
kelompok. Adapun yang menjadi populasi pada
penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas VII yang
berjumlah 3 kelas. Sampel pada penelitian ini ialah
siswa kelas VII-2 yang berjumlah 21 siswa yang
diberi perlakuan berupa penerapan media lapbook.
Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah
tes dan dokumentasi. Pada teknik analisis data
menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan
uji t-test beda dua rata-rata. Hasil penelitian
diperoleh nilai thitung = 7.906 dan nilai ttabel pada
taraf α = 0,05 dengan df = 19 adalah 2.093 berarti
thitung > ttabel atau 7.906 > 2.093 pada taraf
signifikansi (a) 5% maka Ho ditolak dan Ha di
terima atau terdapat pengaruh yang nyata
(signifikan) variabel media lapbook terhadap
variabel hasil belajar pada kelas VII-2.
Berdasarkan uraian tersebut membuktikan bahwa
penggunaan media lapbook sangat berpengaruh
positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata
pelajaran IPS pada kelas VII-2 MTsS Darul
Hikmah Kabupaten Aceh Besar.

This study entitled the influence of lapbook media on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for class VII MTsS Darul Hikmah, Aceh Besar District. The problem in this research is the low value of students' social studies learning outcomes. This study aims to see the magnitude of the influence of lapbook media on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for class VII MTsS Darul Hikmah. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of research Pre-experimental design, in the form of a one group pretest-posttest design in which there is only one group. The population in this study were all students of class VII, totaling 3 classes. The sample in this study were students of class VII-2, totaling 21 students who were given treatment in the form of the application of lapbook media. Data collection techniques used are tests and documentation. In the data analysis technique using the normality test, homogeneity test, and the t-test the difference between the two averages. The results obtained that the value of tcount = 7.906 and the value of ttable at the level of = 0.05 with df = 19 is 2.093 meaning tcount > ttable or 7.906 > 2.093 at the significance level (a) 5% then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or there is a significant effect significantly (significant) the variable media lapbook to the variable learning outcomes in class VII-2. Based on this description, it proves that the use of lapbook media has a very positive effect on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII-2 MTsS Darul Hikmah, Aceh Besar District.
