Corona virus disease berdampak pada kehidupan lansia yang termasuk kedalam kelompok rentan terpapar virus. Posyandu lansia merupakan pos pelayanan terpadu untuk masyarakat usia lanjut. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan posyandu lansia yaitu: faktor predisposisi, faktor kemampuan dan faktor kebutuhan. Tujuan penelitiaan ini untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor perilaku pemanfaatan posyandu lansia pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Aceh Besar. Metode penelitiaan menggunakan deskriptif kolerasi dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitiaan ini 240 dengan besar sampel 204 responden dengan menggunakan tekhik purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini faktor predisposisi: data demografi umur 60-79 tahun 90.2%, jenis kelamin perempuaan 77.5%, faktor karakteristik kemapuaan: pengahasilan lansia rendah 59.8%, kepemilikan asuransi lansia ada 100.0%, ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan 100.0%, aksesbilitas mudah 70.5%, dan karakteristik kebutuhan: persepsi sakit tidak tahu 60.8%, pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan posyandu lansia tidak baik 52.% dan baik 47.5%. Diharapkan adanya pemantauan dan evaluasi dari tenaga kesehatan dan kader terhadap faktor perilaku pemanfaatan posyandu lansia sehingga pemanfaatan posyandu dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Coronavirus disease impacts the lives of the elderly, who are in the group vulnerable to being exposed to the virus. Elderly posyandu is an integrated service post for the elderly. Several factors affect the utilization of posyandu for the elderly: predisposing, ability, and needs. This research aimed to find out the overview of behavioral factors of the utilization of elderly posyandu during the covid-19 pandemic in Aceh Besar. This research used the descriptive correlative method with a cross-sectional study design. The population is 240 elderlys, with 204 respondents as the sample, chosen by purposive sampling. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire on health service utilization. The research on the predisposing factors showed that the demography data ranging from 60-79 years old was 90.2%, and the female gender was 77.5%. Furthermore, the ability factors showed that low income for the elderly was 59.8%, elderly insurance ownership was 100.0%, availability of health workers was 100.0%, and easy accessibility was 70.5%. The need factors showed that the perception of unknown illness was 60.8%, the utilization of health services for the elderly was not good at 52%, and good at 47.5%. The health workers and cadres were expected to monitor and evaluate the behavioral factors of using elderly posyandu for better use of posyandu.
