Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh tenaga kerja dan investasi terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Aceh. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian diantaranya data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Tenaga Kerja, dan Investasi baik investasi dari dalam negeri maupun dari luar negeri di Aceh dari tahun 2010-2021. Data tersebut diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara parsial tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di provinsi Aceh, sedangkan investasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di provinsi Aceh. Sementara secara simultan Tenaga kerja dan investasi berpengaruh terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di provinsi Aceh. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah pemerintah disarankan untuk mengarahkan investasi ke arah yang tepat sasaran, supaya investasi tersebut bisa dirasakan langsung manfaatnya oleh masyarakat luas, mungkin dengan hal tersebut dapat membuat PDRB Aceh dapat merasakan dampak langsung dari investasi tersebut.

The data used in the study included data on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Labor, and Investment both investment from within the country and from abroad in Aceh from 2010-2021. The data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Aceh Province. The result of this study is that partially the workforce affects the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Aceh province, while investment does not affect the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Aceh province. Meanwhile, simultaneously labor and investment affect the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Aceh province. The recommendation of this study is that the government is advised to direct investment in the right direction, so that the investment can be directly benefited by the wider community, perhaps with this it can make Aceh's GRDP feel the direct impact of the investment.
