Motivation work is desire and motivation so that staff doing work or activity better for the of reaching the target of which is wanted. Theory motivated Herzberg showed from core or payload work of itself. All employees will motivated if their work reach better growth with salary, condition of activity, supervise, relation of interpersonal. status, policy of job security at hospital for the factor of extrinsic. This research aim to idertify motivation work nurse of executor at lnstalasi Rawat lnap anak. Badan Pelayanan Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Date collecting executed on 26 February until 5 March 2007, this research type have the character of descriptively of explorative with big calculation of sampel use total method of sampling. Amount of sample 53 people, data collecting conducted by using questioner amount to 28 statement item. Result of research get by motivation work nurse of executor at lnstalasi Rawat lnap Anak Badan Pelayanan Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh is evaluated from factor of extrinsic, that is salary reside in dissatisfactory at category
53%. condition of job reside in good at category 55%, supervision reside in good at
category 64%, relation of interpersonal reside in good at category 77%, policy of hospital reside in category do not be accommodated 53%, status reside at bad category 61% and job security reside in at category is not peaceful 61%. In general can be concluded by motivation work nurse of executor at instalasi rawat inap anak is evaluated from factor of extrinsic reside in at category less. Pursuant to the research hence inferential that motivation work nurse of executor at instalasi rawat inap anak residing at level less its meaning seen nurse of executor not yet enough IT'Otivated in executing its duty, from result of this research can be suggested to all side to be can assist to increase motivated job nurse of executor at lnstalasi Rawat lap Anak Badan Pelayanan Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh.
