Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan biomassa tanaman air tipe tenggelam Hydrilla verticillata yang terdapat di kawasan KJA dan non KJA di danau Laut Tawar. Penelitian dilakukan mulai dari bulan Januari – April 2022 di Danau Laut Tawar Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan stasiun penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Pengambilan data pertumbuhan tanaman air dilakukan pada 2 stasiun pengamatan menggunakan metode transek kuadrat berukuran 1 x 1 m. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan tanaman air Hydrilla verticilata di Danau Laut Tawar berada pada stasiun KJA 0,72 cm dibandingkan non KJA 0,59 berbeda nyata (p>0.05). Biomassa tanaman air Hydrilla verticilata yang diukur merupakan biomassa kering dengan nilai 574 g/m2 pada stasiun KJA sedangkan pada stasiun KJA yaitu 203 g/m2. Kerapatan tanaman air Hydrilla verticilata pada stasiun KJA yaitu 270 ind/m2 sedangkan pada stasiun non KJA yaitu 173 ind/m2. Nilai uji-t tanaman air Hydrilla verticillata pada stasiun KJA dengan stasiun non KJA dapat disimpulkan pertumbuuhan tanaman air Hydrilla verticillata lebih besar dibandingkn dengan stasiun non KJA.

This study aims to analyze the biomass growth of Hydrilla verticillata sinking type aquatic plants found in the KJA and non-KJA areas in the Fresh Sea lake. The research was conducted starting from January – April 2022 in Lake Laut Tawar, Central Aceh Regency. The method used in determining this research station is purposive sampling. Data collection on the growth of aquatic plants was carried out at 2 observation stations using the quadratic transect method measuring 1 x 1 m. The results showed that the highest growth of the Hydrilla verticilata aquatic plant in The Fresh Sea Lake was at the KJA station by 0.72 cm. The measured biomass of the Hydrilla verticilata aquatic plant is dry biomass with a value of 574 g / m2 at the KJA station while at the KJA station it is 203 g / m2. The density of Hydrilla verticilata water plants at KJA stations is 270 ind/m2 while at non-KJA stations it is 173 ind/m2. The t-test value of the Hydrilla verticillata aquatic plant at the KJA station with the non-KJA station obtained it can be concluded the growth of Hydrilla verticillata aquatic plants is greater than that of non-KJA stations.
