ABSTRAK
Prarancangan pabrik Bioetanol ini menggunakan mikroalga (Spirogyra sp.) sebagai bahan baku. Kapasitas produksi pabrik Bioetanol ini adalah 80.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. Bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. Kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 150 orang. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang Provinsi Aceh dengan luas tanah 27.725 m2. Sumber air pabrik Bioetanol ini berasal dari Sungai Tamiang , Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) dan Generator dengan daya 1.140,33 kW
Hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Fixed Capital Investment = Rp. Rp636.414.150.511,-
2. Working Capital Investment = Rp. 159.103.537.628,-
3. Total Capital Investment = Rp.795.517.688.139,-
4. Total Biaya Produksi = Rp. 960.022.606.029,-
5. Hasil Penjualan = Rp. 1.350.579.771.181,-
6. Laba bersih = Rp. 285.577.303.204,-
7. Pay Out Time (POT) = 2,44 tahun
8. Break even Point (BEP) = 33 %
9. Internal Rate of Return = 26,9 %
ABSTRACT This preliminary of bioethanol factory design use microalgae (Spirogyra sp.) as a raw material with the production capacity is 80.000 ton/year with work day about 330 days of a year. The planned form of company is a Limited Liability Company (Ltd). The factory plant is planned to be established in Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh Province. The workers needed to run this company amounted to 150 people. The area of land required to set up the factory is 27.725 m2. The water source of the Bioethanol plant comes from the Tamiang river, Aceh Tamiang Regency the electricity need is obtained from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and the Generator of 1.140,33 kW. The results of economic analysis are below: 1. Fixed Capital Investment = Rp Rp636.414.150.511,- 2. Working Capital Investment = Rp.159.103.537.628,- 3. Total Capital Investment = Rp.795.517.688.139,- 4. Total Production Cost = Rp960.022.606.029,- 5. Sales Cost = Rp1.350.579.771.181,- 6. Net Profit = Rp285.577.303.204,- 7. Pay Out Time (POT) = 2,44 Year 8. Break even Point (BEP) = 33 % 9. Internal Rate of Return = 26,9 %
