Tahun 2021 pada pekerjaan preservasi jalan batas Aceh Tengah/Nagan Raya – Lhok Seumot – Jeuram terjadi kecelakaan kerja dengan mengakibatkan satu orang operator meninggal dunia. Berdasarkan kejadian tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan identifikasi penerapan SMKK (sistem manajemen keselamatan konstruksi) pada ruas jalan batas Aceh Tengah/Nagan Raya – Lhok Seumot – Jeuram. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan SMKK pada lokasi tersebut dan mengetahui persepsi pelaku konstruksi terhadap penerapan SMKK. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dan observasi lapangan. Data sekunder berupa peta lokasi pekerjaan. Penyusunan kuesioner SMKK terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas. Data kuesioner yang terkumpul kemudian dilakukan analisis faktor menggunakan software SPSS Statistics. Dari hasil observasi lapangan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SMKK di lokasi pekerjaan belum maksimal dilakukan, itu dapat dilihat pada kurang maksimalnya penggunaan APD (alat pelindung diri), rambu-rambu keselamatan kerja dan manajemen pengaturan lalu lintas yang minim di lapangan akan tetapi untuk hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden serta analisis didapatkan bahwa persentase penerapan SMKK sudah ≥ 76% yang artinya penerapan SMKK dilokasi pekerjaan sudah sangat baik. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi penerapan SMKK adalah faktor audit dan evaluasi K3 dengan varians 30,52%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa responden cenderung lebih memperhatikan faktor audit dan evaluasi K3 dalam penerapan SMKK. Berdasarkan grafik rekapitulasi disimpulkan bahwa persepsi responden terhadap penerapan SMKK yang menjadi perhatian tertinggi adalah variabel X21 (perusahaan melakukan inspeksi ke lokasi proyek) dengan nilai 4,47 sedangkan yang terendah adalah variabel X5 (perusahaan bertanggung jawab atas terjadinya kecelakaan kerja konstruksi dan penyakit akibat kerja) dengan nilai 3,31.

In 2021, regarding the road border preservation work of Central Aceh/Nagan Raya – Lhok Seumot – Jeuram, there was a work accident that resulted in the death of an operator. Based on this incident, it is necessary to identify the SMKK (construction safety management system) implementation on the road section. This research aims to determine the extent of the SMKK implementation in the location and ascertain the perception of construction actors. It was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents and field observations. Secondary data in the form of a map of the work location. The preparation of the SMKK questionnaire was first tested for validity. Subsequently, the collected questionnaire data were analyzed using the SPSS Statistics software. Based on the results of visual field observations, it was found that the SMKK implementation at work sites has not been fully implemented, which is seen in the lack of PPE (personal protective equipment), work safety signs, and minimal traffic management but for the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents and analysis, it was found that the percentage of SMKK implementation was 76%, which means that the implementation of SMKK in the work location was very good. The most influential factors on the SMKK implementation include audit and K3 evaluation (Occupational Safety and Health) with a variance of 30.52%. This showed that the respondents tend to pay more attention to auditing and K3 evaluation factors in the SMKK implementation. Based on the recapitulation graph, it can be concluded that the respondent’s perception of the SMKK implementation with the highest attention is the variable X21 (the company conducts inspections to the project site) with a value of 4.47. Meanwhile, the lowest is X5 (the company is responsible for the occurrence of construction work accidents and occupational diseases) with a value of 3.31.
