Museum tsunami Aceh adalah salah satu destinasi wisata bersejarah yang berada di kota Banda Aceh. Pada tahun 2020 peneliti mengikuti kuliah lapangan di Museum Tsunami Aceh. Salah satu pokok rumusan masalah pada museum tsunami Aceh adalah website layanan informasi berupa artikel teks yang panjang, sehingga mendapatkan point yang dimaksud lebih lama. Oleh karena permasalahan tersebut diperlukan sebuah metode sistem komunikasi interaktif dengan teknologi chatbot. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dibangun dengan tujuan menghasilkan sistem chatbot berbasis voice recognition pada website Museum Tsunami Aceh serta mendapatkan rancangan jawaban yang sesuai dengan sistem kerja chatbot berbasis voice recognition. Penelitian ini diuji dengan metode black box testing untuk kinerja sistem kerja voice recognition dan metode white box testing untuk hasil respon jawaban bot dengan penilaian berdasarkan metode turing test. Adapun tahapan penelitian ini adalah analisa kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengumpulan data, pengujian, evaluasi dan penulisan laporan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sistem komunikasi interaktif terhadap fungsionalitas mencapai 80%, sedangkan hasil respon jawaban yang tepat mencapai 72 point. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa sistem komunikasi interaktif pada website Museum Tsunami Aceh berbasis voice recognition dengan teknologi chatbot layak untuk menjadi sarana komunikasi dan informasi terkait museum tsunami Aceh.

The Aceh tsunami museum is one of the historic tourist destinations in the city of Banda Aceh. In 2020 the researchers took part in a field lecture at the Aceh Tsunami Museum. One of the main problem formulations at the Aceh tsunami museum is the information service website in the form of long text articles, so that getting the intended point takes longer. Because of these problems, an interactive communication system method with chatbot technology is needed. For this reason, this research was built with the aim of producing a voice recognition-based chatbot system on the Aceh Tsunami Museum website and getting an answer design that is in accordance with the voice recognition-based chatbot working system. This research was tested by the black box testing method for the performance of the voice recognition work system and the white box testing method for the bot's response results with an assessment based on the Turing test method. The stages of this research are needs analysis, system design, data collection, testing, evaluation and report writing. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the interactive communication system on functionality reached 80%, while the results of the correct answer response reached 72 points. This proves that the interactive communication system on the Aceh Tsunami Museum website based on voice recognition with chatbot technology is feasible to be a means of communication and information related to the Aceh tsunami museum.
