Motivasi belajar merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Rendahnya motivasi belajar dapat mempengaruhi proses dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran adaptif di SMK Negeri 3 Langsa tahun ajaran 2021/2022 melalui penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kreatif dan Produktif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam II siklus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi dan tes. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan membandingkan perolehan skor motivasi belajar dengan skor maksimum dan dipresentasekan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari data observasi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kreatif dan produktif pada pelajaran matematika yang merupakan mata pelajaran adaptif di kelas XI B.1 SMK Negeri 3 Langsa untuk peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dilakukan dengan tahapan: (a) tahap orientasi, (b) tahap eksplorasi, (c) tahap interpretasi, (d) tahap kreasi ulang dan (e) tahap evaluasi. Hasil lembar observasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan terhadap aktivitas dan motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada peningkatan persentase skor aktivitas belajar siswa yang mencapai skor sebesar 70% (kategori baik) pada siklus 1, hingga mencapai skor 83% (kategori baik sekali) pada siklus II. Terdapat peningkatan persentase skor motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 21,71%, dari sebelum penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kreatif dan Produktif sebesar 48,57% menjadi 70,28% pada siklus I. Selanjutnya dari siklus I ke siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebesar 10,57%, hingga diperoleh skor sebesar 81,14%. Selain itu hal ini juga dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil tes belajar siswa yang terus meningkat dari pra-siklus sebesar 28%, kemudian pada siklus I mencapai 56%, hingga pada akhir siklus II mencapai skor sebesar 84% yang telah memenuhi indikator ketuntasan setelah diterapkannya Model Pembelajaran Kreatif dan Produktif.

Learning motivation is a factor that influences the achievement of learning objectives. The low motivation to learn can affect the process and student learning outcomes. This study aims to increase student learning motivation in adaptive subjects at SMK Negeri 3 Langsa for the academic year 2021/2022 through the application of Creative and Productive Learning Models. This research is a classroom action research conducted in cycle II. Data collection in this study was carried out by observation and tests. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions, while the quantitative analysis was carried out by comparing the acquisition of the learning motivation scores with maximum scores and presented it. Based on the results of research from observational data shows that the application of creative and productive learning models in mathematics which is an adaptive subject in class XI B.1 SMK Negeri 3 Langsa to increase students' learning motivation is carried out in stages: (a) orientation stage, (b) exploration stage, (c) interpretation stage, (d) re-creation stage and (e) evaluation stage. The results of the observation sheet show that there is an increase in student learning activities and motivation. This can be seen in the increase in the percentage of student learning activity scores that reached a score of 70% (good category) in cycle I, to a score of 83% (very good category) in cycle II. There was an increase in the percentage of students' learning motivation scores of 21.71%, from before the application of the Creative and Productive Learning Model of 48.57% to 70.28% in the first cycle. Furthermore, from the cycle I to the cycle II there was an increase of 10.57%, until a score of 81.14% was obtained. In addition, this is also proven based on the results of student learning tests which continue to increase from the pre-cycle by 28%, then in the cycle I it reaches 56%, until at the end of cycle II it reaches a score of 84% which has met the indicators of completeness after the implementation of the Creative and Productive Learning Model.
