ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui persepsi keluarga miskin terkait Program Indonesia Pintar terhadap pendidikan anak di Desa Lokop Kecamatan Serbajadi Kabupaten Aceh Timur, (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan dampak Program Indonesia Pintar terhadap pendidikan anak pada keluarga miskin di Desa Lokop Kecamatan Serbajadi Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif. Informan berjumlah 8 orang dengan kriteria pengelola Program Indonesia Pintar, siswa penerima Program Indonesia Pintar (siswa berprestasi dan tidak berprestasi), dan orang tua siswa penerima Program Indonesia Pintar. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan studi dokumen serta menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) persepsi keluarga miskin terkait Program Indonesia Pintar terhadap pendidikan anak yaitu keluarga merespon baik dengan adanya program Indonesia pintar sangat membantu meringankan beban keluarga dalam membiayai pendidikan anak, membeli perlengkapan sekolah. 2) Dampak Program Indonesia Pintar terhadap pendidikan anak pada keluarga miskin di Desa Lokop Kecamatan Serbajadi Kabupaten Aceh Timur yaitu dampak positif; sangat membantu meringankan keluarga dalam memenuhi kebutuhan biaya pendidikan anak, dan juga memberikan dampak positif kepada siswa kurang mampu untuk tetap bersekolah serta menunjang motivasi mereka untuk lebih rajin sekolah dan belajar karena kebutuhan perlengkapan sekolah sudah terpenuhi. Dampak negatif; adanya penyalagunaan dana yang dilakukan oleh beberapa orang tua penerima serta adanya kecemburuan sosial antara keluarga yang menerima bantuan dana PIP dengan yang tidak.

ABSTRACT This study aims (1) to determine the perception of poor families regarding the Smart Indonesia Program on children's education in Lokop Village, Serbajadi District, East Aceh Regency, (2) To describe the impact of the Smart Indonesia Program on children's education in poor families in Lokop Village, Serbajadi District, East Aceh Regency.. This study uses a qualitative approach, the type of descriptive research. There were 8 informants with the criteria for managing the Smart Indonesia Program, students receiving the Smart Indonesia Program (achievable and non-achieving students), and parents of students receiving the Smart Indonesia Program. Data collection techniques are interviews and document studies as well as using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that 1) the perception of poor families related to the Smart Indonesia Program on children's education, namely that families responded well to the existence of the Smart Indonesia program which really helped ease the burden on families in financing their children's education, buying school supplies. 2) The impact of the Smart Indonesia Program on children's education in poor families in Lokop Village, Serbajadi District, East Aceh Regency, namely the positive impact; really help ease the family in meeting the needs of children's education costs, and also have a positive impact on underprivileged students to stay in school and support their motivation to be more diligent in school and study because the needs for school supplies have been met. Negative impact; There was misappropriation of funds by several parents of the recipients as well as social jealousy between families who received PIP fund assistance and those who did not.
