ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja praktik professional berkesinambungan perawat dengan factor individu, psikologis dan organisasi di ruang rawat inap Non Intensive rumah sakit umum daerah pemerintah Aceh tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel melalui pendekatan random sampling. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 224 perawat pelaksana yang bertugas di ruang rawat inap Non Intensive instalasi rumah sakit umum daerah pemerintah Aceh. Variabel yang diukur umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, masa kerja, status kepegawaian dan penghasilan, factor psikologis terdiri dari sub variabel motivasi dan persepsi sedangkan faktor organisasi yang diukur adalah sub variable kepemimpinan dan supervisi. Instrumen menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asosiatif menggunakan Chi-Square dan uji multivariate menggunakan Regresi Logistic Binner untuk mencari factor yang paling dominan yang berhubungan dengan faktor individu, psikologis dan organisasi dengan evaluasi kinerja praktik professional perawat yang berkesinambungan, dengan bantuan program computer. Hasil penelitian dengan uji korelasi Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan, kepemimpinan dan supervisi dengan evaluasi kinerja praktik professional perawat yang berkesinambungan, dan tidak ada hubungan antara umur, jenis kelamin, status kepegawaian, masa kerja, pendapatan, persepsi dan motivasi dengan evaluasi kinerja praktik professional perawat yang berkesinambungan, sedangkan untuk uji mutltivariat menunjukan bahwa perawat dengan pendidikan Ners, Magister Keperawatan dan Ners Sp 1 Keperawatan mempunyai nilai evaluasi kinerja praktik professional perawat yang berkesinambungan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perawat dengan tingkat pendidikan Diploma III keperawatan yaitu sebanyak 0.5 kali dan berdasarkan analisis didapatkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pendidikan dengan evaluasi kinerja praktik professional perawat yang berkesinambungan dan kepemimpinan

This study aims to determine the relationship between the performance of the continuous professional practice of nurses with individual, psychological and organizational factors in the Non-Intensive Intensive Care Unit at the Aceh Government Regional General Hospital in 2022. The variables measured were age, gender, education, years of service, employment status and income, psychological factors consisted of sub-variables of motivation and perception while organizational factors measured were sub-variables of leadership and supervision. The instrument uses a Likert scale. The data analysis used was associative test using Chi-Square and multivariate test using Logistic Binner Regression to find the most dominant factor related to individual, psychological and organizational factors with continuous evaluation of the performance of nurse professional practice, with the help of a computer program. The results of the study using the Chi-Square correlation test showed that there was a relationship between the level of education, leadership and supervision with continuous evaluation of the performance of nursing professional practice, and there was no relationship between age, gender, employment status, years of service, income, perception and motivation with continuous evaluation of the performance of the nurse's professional practice. Multivariate analize showed that nurses with professional nursing education, magister degree in nursing and nurses specialist had a better continuous professional practice performance evaluation value compared to nurses with a Diploma III nursing education level, which was 0.5 times and based on the analysis, there was a significant relationship. between education level and continuous evaluation of nursing professional practice performance and leadership.
