Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan extended access list dan menganalisis perbandingan qos dengan parameter loss, delay, throughput, dan jitter pada jaringan static routing. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif analisis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menguji qos pada tiga jalur yang mana disetiap jalurnya dilakukan 5 kali pengujian. Hasil penelitian nilai perubahan pada qos berkisar dari 0-20 ms dimana tidak terlalu menunujukkan dampak yang signifikan dari segi qos. Namun, dari segi keamaan diperoleh bahwa penerapan extended access list memberi dampak yang cukup signifikan dimana dapat mengontrol service protocol ICMP dan SSH sesuai dengan konfigurasi yang diterapkan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan extended access-list pada lalu lintas jaringan menghasilkan perbedaan nilai qos yang kecil namun memberikan dampak efektif terhadap lalu lintas jaringan.

The purpose of the research is to apply extended access-list and analyse the comparation of qos by loss, delay, throughput, and jitter parameter in static routing network. The method that used in the research is qualitative analyse method. The research was conducted by testing the qos on three lines where each line was tested 5 times. The result showed that the value of qos changed ranged from 0-20 ms that there no significant result in terms of qos. However, from a security perspective, it is found that the implementation of the extended access list has a significant impact where it can control the ICMP and SSH service protocols according to the configuration applied. The conclusion of this research is the application of extended access-list to network traffic produces a small difference in the value of qos but provides an effective impact on network traffic.
