Abstrak

Koperasi Inovac (Inovasi Nilam Aceh) merupakan koperasi produsen yang didirikan dalam bentuk entitas bisnis pusat riset atsiri (Atsiri Research Centre-ARC) sebagai media untuk pelaksanaan komersialisasi produk-produk turunan minyak atsiri. Selain komersialisasi produk, koperasi inovac juga melakukan pembelian minyak atsiri (nilam, pala, citronella, cajuput) dari petani koperasi di seluruh Aceh. Dalam hal pembelian minyak atsiri, koperasi inovac belum memiliki proses bisnis yang dapat dijadikan acuan kerja. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini membuat perancangan proses bisnis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Management (BPM) yang dimodelkan melalui Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) menggunakan software Bizagi Modeler. Perancangan proses bisnis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi seluruh kegiatan bisnis yang berlangsung. Selanjutnya, dilakukan proses discovery atau mengumpulkan informasi mengenai proses yang sudah berlangsung dan memetakannya dalam rancangan as-is model yang terdiri dari 7 task/activity, 1 sub process, 1 exclusive gateway, 1 start event dan 1 end event dengan total waktu selama 47 menit. As-is model tersebut kemudian dianalisis sehingga diperoleh beberapa permasalahan, yaitu informasi kualitas dan penerbitan faktur pembelian. Hasil perbaikan berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut diperoleh penambahan sub aktivitas informasi kualitas dan penerbitan faktur pembelian, perbaikan proses bisnis menjadi to be model terdari dari 6 task/activity, 1 exclusive gateway, dan 2 sub process dengan total waktu selama 52 menit. Hasil perancangan kemudian dikembangkan menjadi Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) berdasarkan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI).

Abstract The Inovac Cooperative (Innovasi Patchouli Aceh) is a producer cooperative established in the form of an essential research center business entity (Atsiri Research Center-ARC) as a medium for the implementation of the commercialization of essential oil derivative products. In addition to product commercialization, the inovac cooperative also purchases essential oils (patchola, nutmeg, citronella, cajuput) from cooperative farmers throughout Aceh. In terms of purchasing patchouli oil, the Inovac cooperative does not yet have a business process that can be used as a work reference. Thus, this study makes a business process design using a Business Process Management (BPM) approach which is modeled through Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) using Bizagi Modeler software. Business process design is carried out by identifying all ongoing business activities. Next, the discovery process is carried out or collecting information about the ongoing process and mapping it into an as-is model design consisting of 7 tasks/activity, 1 sub process, 1 exclusive gateway, 1 start event and 1 end event with a total time of 47 minutes. . The as-is model is then analyzed to obtain several problems, namely quality information and the issuance of purchase invoices. The results of the improvement based on these problems obtained the addition of quality information sub-activities and the issuance of purchase invoices, improvement of business processes into a to be model consisting of 6 tasks/activity, 1 exclusive gateway, and 2 sub processes with a total time of 52 minutes. The results of the design are then developed into Standard Operating Prosedure (SOP) based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI).
