Kemasan kopi merupakan wadah atau bungkus yang dipakai untuk melidungi
produk bubuk kopi. Bungkusan kopi digunakan untuk melindungi produk dari
sebab dan akibat yang dapat merusak produk bubuk kopi. Dalam penelitian ini
dilakukan penyerbaran kueisoner terhadap 30 responden langganan produk
Portugis Coffee, sehingga didapatkan beberapa keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen
yang berupa tempat pegangan khsusus, tempat informasi kopi, material kemasan,
menggunakan zipper dan valve serta warna kemasan yang menarik menurut
konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan Quality
Function Deployment (QFD) guna menghasilkan produk yang sesuai dengan
kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Output yang akan dihasilkan oleh QFD
merupakan House of Quality (HOQ) dimana HOQ ini berupa matriks dalam
menerjemahkan suatu produk yang akan dirancang. Hasil dari penelitian ini
merupakan gambar desain produk bubuk kemasan 100 gram Portugis Coffee yang
memiliki tempat pegangan, tempat informasi khusus dan kriteria-kriteria yang
sesuai dengan keinginan serta kebutuhan konsumen. Kemudian terdapat perubahan
pada fungsi-fungsi kemasan yang berupa wadah, display, informasi, layanan,
keamanan dan maintence, perubahan yang signifikan terjadi pada fungsi display
yang merupakan kemasan memiliki tempat pegangan dikarenakan memperoleh
nilai tingkat kepentingan sebanyak 4,9.

Coffee packaging is a container or wrapper used to protect coffee powder products. Coffee packaging is used to protect the product from causes and effects that can damage the coffee powder product. In this study, questionnaires were distributed to 30 respondents who subscribed to Portuguese Coffee products, so that some consumer wants and needs were obtained in the form of special handles, coffee information places, packaging materials, using zippers and valves and attractive packaging colors according to consumers. The method used in this research is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in order to produce products that suit the needs and desires of consumers. The output that will be produced by QFD is the House of Quality (HOQ) where the HOQ is in the form of a matrix in translating a product to be designed. The result of this research is a product design drawing of 100 gram Portuguese Coffee powder packaging which has a handle, a special information area and criteria according to the wishes and needs of consumers. Then there are changes in the packaging functions in the form of containers, displays, information, services, security and maintenance, a significant change occurs in the display function, which is packaging that has a holding place because it has an importance level of 4,9.
