Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi di Indonesia semakin membuat masyarakat menjadi mudah dalam melakukan aktifitas sehari-hari. Sebuah jaringan yang berfungsi sebagai penghubung komputer di dunia disebut dengan internet. Jaringan Wi-Fi pada masa ini menjadi kebutuhan setiap orang agar dapat digunakan untuk mengakses internet terutama dirumah pada masa pandemik. Pada kondisi Covid-19 seperti ini mengharuskan mahasiswa ataupun khalayak umum menggunakan aplikasi Zoom, aplikasi ini merupakan solusi terdepan yang penting oleh mahasiswa, para dosen, perusahaan, perkantoran dan pekerja lainnya. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Quality of Service (QoS) layanan broadband pada jaringan akses internet ICONNET dengan kecepatan berkapasitas 10 Mbps dan 20 Mbps layanan single play untuk penggunaan secara bersamaan pada implementasi aplikasi Zoom. Pada penelitian ini akan didapatkan nilai delay, packet loss, throughput dan jitter yang dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Wireshark. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui seberapa baik Quality of Service (QoS) dari 2 (dua) bandwidth layanan yang berbeda untuk mengakses internet pada jaringan PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Banda Aceh

The development of technology and information in Indonesia is increasingly making it easier for people to carry out their daily activities. A network that functions as a computer connector in the world is called the internet. The Wi-Fi network at this time is a necessity for everyone so that it can be used to access the internet, especially at home during a pandemic. In Covid-19 conditions like this, it requires students or the general public to use the Zoom application, where this application is an important leading solution by students, lecturers, companies, offices and other workers. So this study aims to analyze the Quality of Service (QoS) of broadband services in the ICONNET internet access network with a capacity of 10 Mbps and 20 Mbps single play services for simultaneous use in the implementation of the Zoom application. From this study, the values of delay, packet loss, throughput and jitter will be analyzed using the Wireshark application. From this study, it can be seen how good the Quality of Service (QoS) of 2 (two) different service bandwidths is to access the internet within the PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Banda Aceh network.
