Proyek konstruksi merupakan kegiatan yang memerlukan manajemen komunikasi dalam pelaksanaannya. Hal ini dikarenakan proyek konstruksi melibatkan banyak pihak, sehingga terjadi interaksi secara terus-menerus agar dapat mengintegrasi seluruh tim proyek untuk mencapai strategi, tujuan, dan tindakan yang sama. Komunikasi yang efektif dinilai dapat meningkatkan kesesuaian rencana dalam penyelesaian proyek hingga 17% untuk mencapai keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Manajer proyek selaku pemimpin proyek berperan sebagai komunikator yang bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan rencana komunikasi dan jalur komunikasi antar para pihak pada proyek konstruksi. Komunikasi yang tidak efektif dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pekerjaan, ketidaksesuaian mutu, dan kelebihan biaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor integrasi manajemen komunikasi antar pihak yang terlibat dalam proyek konstruksi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode campuran dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini melibatkan manajer proyek kontraktor kualifikasi besar dan menengah di bidang konstruksi Kota Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Relative Importance Index (RII) dengan bantuan Software Microsoft Excel. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat 3 faktor utama untuk mengintegrasikan manajemen komunikasi antar pihak dalam proyek konstruksi, yaitu: kompetensi (0,938), manajemen (0,922), dan strategi (0,911). Faktor kompetensi didukung oleh subfaktor skill (0,958), attitude (0,950), knowledge (0,925), dan teknologi (0,917). Faktor manajemen didukung oleh subfaktor kejelasan tugas (0,942), keterlibatan stakeholders (0,933), dan waktu (0,917). Faktor strategi didukung oleh subfaktor konteks (0,917), kejelasan (0,917), dan kemampuan (0,917).

Construction projects are activities that require communication management in the implementation. This is because construction projects involve many parties, so there is continuous interaction to integrate the entire project team to achieve the same strategy, goals, and actions. Effective communication is considered to be able to increase the suitability of the plan in project completion by up to 17% to achieve the success of a construction project. The project manager as the project leader acts as a communicator who is responsible for the development of communication plans and communication lines between the parties in the construction project. Ineffective communication can lead to work delays, quality discrepancies, and cost overruns. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of communication management integration between parties involved in construction projects. The research method uses mixed methods with primary and secondary data sources. This study involved large and medium-qualified contractor project managers in the construction sector of Banda Aceh City. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the Relative Importance Index (RII) method with the help of Microsoft Excel software. The results obtained 3 main factors to integrate communication management between parties in construction projects, i.e.: competence (0,938), management (0,922), and strategy (0,911). The competency factor is supported by skill (0,958), attitude (0,950), knowledge (0,925), and technology (0,917) sub-factors. The management factor is supported by the sub-factors of task clarity (0,942), stakeholder involvement (0,933), and time (0,917). The strategy factor is supported by context (0,917), clarity (0,917), and capability (0,917) sub-factors.
