 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh tuntutan pekerjaan dan&#13;
sumber daya pekerjaan terhadap hasil keselamatan karyawan PT Arun NGL&#13;
Lhokseumawe dengan kepatuhan keselamatan sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel&#13;
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Arun NGL&#13;
Lhokseumawe yang berjumlah 305 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang&#13;
digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang&#13;
digunakan adalah sistematik random sampling. Sebanyak 170 kuisioner&#13;
disebarkan dan hanya 133 kuisioner yang dapat terkumpulkan. Hierarchical&#13;
Linear Modelling (HLM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui&#13;
pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian&#13;
menunjukkan: 1) Tuntutan Pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil&#13;
keselamatan karyawan PT Arun NGL Lhokseumawe. 2) Sumber daya pekerjaan&#13;
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil keselamatan karyawan PT Arun NGL&#13;
Lhokseumawe. 3) Tuntutan pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan&#13;
keselamatan karyawan PT Arun NGL Lhokseumawe. 4) Sumber daya pekerjaan&#13;
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan keselamatan karyawan PT Arun NGL&#13;
Lhokseumawe. 5) Kepatuhan Keselamatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil&#13;
keselamatan karyawan PT Arun NGL Lhoksemawe. 6) Kepatuhan Keselamatan&#13;
memediasi secara parsial pengaruh tuntutan pekerjaan terhadap hasil keselamatan&#13;
karyawan PT Arun NGL Lhoksemawe. 7) Kepatuhan Keselamatan memediasi&#13;
secara sempurna pengaruh sumber daya pekerjaan terhadap hasil keselamatan&#13;
karyawan PT Arun NGL Lhoksemawe.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;

This research aimed to measure the effect of job demand and job&#13;
resources to safety outcome of employee in PT Arun NGL Lhokseumawe with&#13;
safety compliance as mediating variabel. The sample used in this research are&#13;
employee in PT Arun NGL Lhokseumawe which totaled 305 respondents. The&#13;
instrument of collecting data in this research is questionnaire. Systematic random&#13;
sampling was used as sampling technique. As much of 170 questionnaires&#13;
distributed and only just 133 questionnaires could be collected. Hierarchical&#13;
Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect&#13;
of all variables involved in this research. The results are follows: 1) Job demand&#13;
significantly effect to safety outcome of employee in PT Arun NGL Lhokseumawe.&#13;
2) Job resources significantly effect to safety outcome employee in PT Arun NGL&#13;
Lhokseumawe. 3) Job demand significantly effect to safety compliance of&#13;
employee in PT Arun NGL Lhokseumawe. 4) Job resources significantly effect to&#13;
safety compliance of employee in PT Arun NGL Lhokseumawe. 5) Safety&#13;
compliance significantly effect to safety outcome of employee in PT Arun NGL&#13;
Lhokseumawe. 6) Safety compliance has partially mediated the effect of job&#13;
demand to safety outcome of employee in PT Arun NGL Lhokseumawe. And 7)&#13;
Safety compliance has perfectly mediated the effect of job resources to safety&#13;
outcome of employee in PT Arun NGL Lhokseumawe.&#13;
