RINGKASAN
Studi kelayakan sangat penting dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan, untuk memulai bisnis kita membutuhkan studi kelayakan untuk menentukan apakah usaha churros coffee yang akan dijalankan akan memberikan keuntungan yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan biaya yang akan dikeluarkan. Kemungkinan bahwa ide atau usaha yang akan dibangun akan mendatangkan manfaat, baik dari segi manfaat ekonomi maupun manfaat sosial.
Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus analisis biaya, pendapatan dan keuntungan. Sementara untuk menghitung kelayakan usaha, rumusan yang digunakan adalah Break Event Point, Revenue Cost Ratio, dan Return On Investment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata keuntungan yang diperoleh dari usaha churros coffee adalah sebesar Rp. 61.973 / sekali produksi. Berdasarkan perhitungan kelayakan usaha diperoleh BEP harga Rp. 9.800, BEP produksi 7 box, nilai R/C Ratio 1,52 dan nilai ROI 52,5%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha Churros Coffee layak untuk diusahakan.
Dalam kaitannya dengan bisnis, studi ini bisa digunakan untuk membantu pengusaha memudahkan suatu perencanaan, memudahkan melakukan pekerjaan, memudahkan pengawasan dan memudahkan untuk pengendalian. Untuk lokasi pembuatan Churros Coffee ini di Jl. Cendana Utama Komplek perumahan Jeulingke Residence 2 No K.2 Kota Banda Aceh.

SUMMARY Feasibility studies are very important in making a decision, to start a business we need a feasibility study to determine whether the churros coffee business that will be run will provide greater profits than the costs to be incurred. The possibility that the idea or business to be built will bring benefits, both in terms of economic benefits and social benefits. The data analysis method used in this study uses the cost, income and profit analysis formula. Meanwhile, to calculate business feasibility, the formulas used are Break Event Point, Revenue Cost Ratio, and Return On Investment. The results of this study indicate that the average profit obtained from the churros coffee business is Rp. 61,973 / one production. Based on the calculation of business feasibility obtained BEP price of Rp. 9,800, BEP production of 7 boxes, the value of R/C Ratio is 1.52 and the ROI value is 52.5%. So it can be concluded that the Churros Coffee business is feasible to work on. In relation to business, this study can be used to help entrepreneurs facilitate planning, facilitate doing work, facilitate supervision and facilitate control. For the location of making this Churros Coffee in Jl. Cendana Utama Residential komplek Jeulingke Residence 2 No K.2 Banda Aceh City
