RINGKASAN
Brownies merupakan sebuah makanan yang dipanggang atau dikukus, di buat menggunakan resep awal brownies berupa tepung, mentega, gula, telur, dan coklat yang telah dilelehkan. Resep dasar brownies tidak berubah sejak ratusan tahun lalu. Brownies telah mengalami banyak modifikasi dengan beragam aneka rasa tambahan seperti brownies keju, stroberi, kacang-kacangan, dan masih banyak variasi brownies lainnya. Namun, tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk mengolah brownies dengan bahan yang berbeda yaitu brownies fruitnies menggunakan bahan tepung kulit buah kopi yang menggantikan tepung coklat. Tepung kulit buah kopi mempunyai rasa dan aroma yang unik seperti rasa asam yang disebut dengan fruit sour, memiliki aroma sweet, chocolate dan sedikit memiliki aroma acidity atau bisa disebut keasam – asaman.
Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan cara observasi dilapangan. Sedangkan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui buku, jurnal dan sumber lain yang berkaitan dengan penelitian selama waktu pengumpulan data diperoleh selama masa kegiatan. Informasi tersebut dapat melalui wawancara dengan penanggung jawab produksi serta melalui penelaahan catatan keuangan usaha brownies fruitnies.
Hasil Tugas Akhir pada analisis kelayakan finansial usaha Brownies fruitnies bahwa pendapatan perbulan dari penjualan Brownies tepung kulit buah kopi adalah Rp.26.400.000/tahun dengan keuntungan Rp.4.860.000/tahun dengan BEP (Jumlah Produksi) = 480 pack dengan harga 1 pack/55.000 dan BEP (Harga) = Rp. 44.875 Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) = 1,22 pendapatan yang di peroleh usaha Brownies tepung kulit buah kopi adalah lebih besar dari pengeluaran dan usaha Brownies tepung kulit buah kupi menguntungkan serta layak untuk dilanjutkan. Dengan Return of Investment (ROI) sebesar 582,4%.

SUMARRY Brownies are baked or steamed foods, made using the initial brownie recipe in the form of flour, butter, sugar, eggs, and melted chocolate. The basic brownie recipe hasn't changed for hundreds of years. Brownies have undergone many modifications with a variety of additional flavors such as cheese brownies, strawberries, nuts, and many other variations of brownies. However, it is possible to process brownies with different ingredients that is brownies fruitnies using coffee fruit skin flour instead of cocoa flour. The coffee rind flour has a unique taste and aroma such as a sour taste called fruit sour, has a sweet, chocolate aroma and has a slightly acidic aroma or can be called sour. The data collection method used primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection is done by means of field observations. Meanwhile, secondary data obtained through books, journals and other sources related to research during the time of data collection were obtained during the activity period. This information can be obtained through interviews with the person in charge of production as well as through a review of the financial records of the brownies fruitnies business. The results of the Final Project on the financial feasibility analysis of the Brownies fruitnies business show that the monthly income from selling brownies with coffee rind is Rp. 26.400.000/year with a profit of Rp. 4.860.000/year with BEP (Amount of Production) = 480 packs at a price of 1 pack. /55,000 and BEP (Price) = Rp. 44,875 Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) = 1.22 the income earned by the coffee fruit peel flour Brownies business is greater than the expenditure and the Kupi fruit skin flour brownies business is profitable and feasible to continue.
