Penelitian ini berjudul “Evaluasi Manajemen Perwasitan Sepakbola Banda Aceh Tahun 2021. Manajemen adalah proses penggunaan sumber daya organisasi dengan menggunakan orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efesien. Yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah manajemen perwasitan Pengprov Banda Aceh tahun 2021. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui Perencanaan wasit C3 Sepakbola Banda Aceh tahun 2021, Untuk Mengetahui Pengorganisasian wasit C3 Sepakbola Banda Aceh tahun 2021, Untuk Mengetahui Pelaksanaan wasit C3 Sepakbola Banda Aceh tahun 2021, Untuk Mengetahui Evaluasi wasit C3 Sepakbola Banda Aceh tahun 2021. Adapun yang menjadi Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 10 wasit C3 Sepakbola Banda Aceh Tahun 2021. penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif Kualitatif Untuk menjawab permasalahan yang timbul dalam penelitian ini maka hasil dari wawancara yang telah dilakukan pada wasit Sepakbola Banda Aceh Tahun 2021 yaitu Manajemen perwasitan Sepakbola Banda Aceh sudah berjalan dengan struktur yang di terapkan. Perengkrutan wasit Sepakbola Banda Aceh dengan cara mengadakan kursus, panitia membuat pelaksanaan kursus wasit membuat pengumuman baik secara tertulis maupun tidak tertulis, Untuk pembagian tugas pada setiap pertandingan secara garis besar ketua wasit memberi tugas dengan cara bergilir, wasit akan mendapatkan tugasnya masing-maing secara merata, tidak selalu hanya dengan orang -orang tertentu. Sangsi yang akan didapatkan apabila wasit tidak mengikuti rapat dilihat dari wasitnya lagi, apabila tidak hadir karena halangan dengan keterangan yang jelas maka itu akan dimaklumi, namun jika dengan unsur kesengajaan maka wasit tersebut akan di skor atau dikurangi masa tugasnya.

Management is the process of using organizational resources by using other people to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the management of the Banda Aceh Provincial Government refereeing in 2021. While the purpose of this research is to determine the planning of the C3 Soccer Banda Aceh referees in 2021, to find out the organization of the Banda Aceh C3 Soccer referees in 2021, to find out the implementation of the C3 Soccer referees Banda Aceh in 2021, to find out the evaluation of the Banda Aceh Soccer C3 referees in 2021. The population and samples in this study were 10 C3 Banda Aceh Soccer referees in 2021. This research is a qualitative descriptive research type to answer the problems that arise in the study. This is the result of interviews that have been conducted with the Banda Aceh Football referees in 2021, namely the Banda Aceh Football Referee Management has been running with the structure that is applied. Recruitment of Banda Aceh Football referees by holding a course, the committee makes the implementation of the course the referee makes announcements both written and unwritten, For the division of tasks in each match in general the head of the referee assigns tasks in rotation, the referee will get their respective duties evenly , not always only with certain people. The sanction that will be obtained if the referee does not attend the meeting is seen from the referee again, if he is not present because of an obstacle with a clear explanation then it will be understood, but if it is intentional then the referee will be scored or his tenure reduced.
