Pandemi COVID-19 yang melanda Indonesia merubah sistem pembelajaran,
Pemberlajaran yang biasa dilakukan luring menjadi daring. Seiring berjalannya
waktu pembelajarannya mulai kembali dilaksananakan secara luring tetapi belum
semua sekolah menerapkannya. Pemberlajaran luring ini juga di terapkan di Aceh
seperti di MAN 4 Aceh Besar. Pemberlajaran luring yang di terapkan bukan tanpa
alasan, hal karena pemberlajaran daring dirasa kurang efektif. Pembelajaran luring
yang diterapkan meggunakan metode shift, dimana metode tersebut membuat siswa
bergatian masuk sehingga tetap bisa menjalankan protokol COVID-19. Tujuan
penelitian ini mengetahui gambaran motivasi belajar siswa selama masa pandemi
covid- 19. Motede pembelajaran tatap muka yang menggunakan shift, yang dimana
para siswa tidak seluruhnya hadir pada pembelajaran di karenakan bergantian masuk
sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah di tetapkan sehingga pembelajaran tatap muka
dapat terlaksana. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa,
sedangkan subjeknya yaitu siswa sebanyak 12 orang dan guru 6 orang. Data dalam
penyusunan penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan
dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode
deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penilitian siswa tidak termotivasi dalam pembelaran di
masa pendemi COVID-19. Kesimpulan dari penilitian ini bahwa penyebabnya
berasal intrinsik mapun ekstrinsik.

Pd The COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia changed the learning system, Learning that is usually done offline has become online. As it goes the learning time is starting to be carried out offline again but not yet all schools apply it. Offline learning is also applied in Aceh like in MAN 4 Aceh Besar. Offline learning that is applied is not without The reason is because online learning is considered less effective. Offline learning which is applied using the shift method, where the method makes students take turns entering so that they can still carry out the COVID-19 protocol. Destination This study finds out the description of students' learning motivation during the pandemic covid-19. Face-to-face learning method that uses shifts, which the students are not all present at the lesson because they take turns entering according to the schedule that has been set so that face-to-face learning can be carried out. The object of this research is student learning motivation, while the subject is 12 students and 6 teachers. Data in the preparation of this research was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed using the method qualitative descriptive. The results of research students are not motivated in learning at school the COVID-19 pandemic. The conclusion of this research is that the cause come from intrinsic or extrinsic.
