Dinas Perhubungan Aceh menghadirkan bus listrik feeder Trans Koetaradja sebagai sarana
transportasi umum untuk masyarakat guna menjangkau kawasan permukiman dan perkantoran.
Trans Koetaradja memiliki bentuk yang besar, sehingga sulit menjangkau hingga ke lokasi
terpencil. Untuk menjangkau kawasan yang lebih merata hingga ke lokasi terpencil pada
pemukiman masyarakat, dan dapat mengurangi waktu perjalanan penumpang untuk mencapai
tujuan, direncanakanlah KBLBB (Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai) sebagai
transportasi publik sekala kecil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan model yang dapat
menjelaskan probabilitas pemilihan moda antara bus listrik feeder Trans Koetaradja dan KBLBB.
Teknik Stated Preference digunakan untuk mendapatkan data mengenai kesediaan penumpang
dalam berpindah moda. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan di sembilan kecamatan di Kota Banda
Aceh, dengan jumlah responden yang diambil untuk mewakili populasi yang dibutuhkan sebanyak
seratus orang responden. Hasil analisis model logit biner pemilihan moda dengan atribut selisih
waktu tunggu, jarak, bahan bakar, dan ergonomi. Berdasarkan uji statistik disimpulkan bahwa
keempat atribut tersebut yang sangat mempengaruhi responden dalam memilih moda adalah selisih
waktu tunggu dengan R-square 0,949. Dari hasil analisis sensitivitas diketahui bahwa semakin
kecil selisih waktu tunggu, maka akan semakin memperbesar probabilitas memilih KBLBB.

Dinas Perhubungan Aceh presents the electric bus feeder Trans Koetaradja as a means of public transportation for the community to reach residential and office areas. Trans Koetaradja has a large shape, making it difficult to reach remote locations. To reach a more even area to remote locations in community settlements, and to reduce passenger travel time to reach their destination, KBLBB (Battery-Based Electric Motorized Vehicle) is planned as a small-scale public transportation. The purpose of this study is to obtain a model that can explain the probability of mode selection between the Trans Koetaradja feeder electric bus and the KBLBB. The Stated Preference technique is used to obtain data regarding the willingness of passengers to change modes. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out in nine sub-districts in Banda Aceh City, with the number of respondents taken to represent the required population of one hundred respondents. The results of the analysis of the binary logit model of mode selection with the attributes of the difference in waiting time, distance, fuel, and ergonomics. Based on statistical tests, it is concluded that the four attributes that greatly influence respondents in choosing modes are the difference between waiting time and R-square of 0.949. From the results of the sensitivity analysis, it is known that the smaller the difference in waiting time, the greater the probability of choosing KBLBB.
