Akreditasi perguruan tinggi merupakan proses evaluasi serta penilaian
program studi dari berbagai aspek untuk menentukan kelayakan program
akademiknya. Evaluasi dan penilaian akreditasi pada program studi dilakukan oleh
tim asesor yang terdiri dari pakar sejawat dan pakar yang memahami
penyelenggaraan program akademik dalam program studi. Pembaruan akreditasi
pada suatu institusi dilakukan paling lambat enam bulan sebelum masa akreditasi
berakhir. Proses pengumpulan data untuk keperluan akreditasi dalam lingkup
Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Syiah Kuala masih
menggunakan aplikasi spreadsheet sehingga proses tersebut menghadapi kendala bila
data bukti fisik hilang. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan
sistem berbasis website yang dapat menyimpan data yang diperlukan untuk borang
akreditasi. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Goal Directed Design
dan implementasi menggunakan metode Scrum. Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan
menggunakan framework Laravel. Terdapat 3 kelompok user dengan hak akses dan
tanggung jawab yang berbeda pada sistem yaitu Admin, Dosen, dan Mahasiswa.
Fungsionalitas sistem diuji dengan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil pengujian
dengan metode Black Box Testing menghasilkan semua fungsi pada sistem berhasil
dijalankan. Pengujian usability memanfaatkan metode USE Questionnaire
menggunakan skala Likert 7 poin. Pengujian usability melibatkan 30 responden yang
terdiri dari 10 responden untuk masing-masing kelompok user. Hasil pengujian
usability diperoleh nilai rata-rata secara keseluruhan yaitu 6,26 dengan persentase
kelayakan 89,4%. Nilai tersebut termasuk dalam rentang 81%-100% dengan nilai
skor “Sangat Baik”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi
yang dirancang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

University accreditation is a process of evaluating and assessing study programs from various aspects to determine the feasibility of their academic programs. Evaluation and assessment of accreditation in study programs is carried out by a team of asesor consisting of peer experts and experts who understand the implementation of academic programs in the study program. Renewal of accreditation at an institution is carried out no later than six months before the end of the accreditation period. The process of collecting data for accreditation purposes within the scope of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Syiah Kuala University still uses a spreadsheet application. The process also faces problems if the physical evidence data is lost. Therefore, this research is expected to produce a website-based system that can store the data needed for accreditation forms. This system was designed and implemented utilizing the Goal-Directed Design and Scrum methodologies. Application was developed using Laravel framework. The system is divided into three unique user groups, each of which has its own set of access privileges and responsibilities: Admin, Lecturer, and Student. All system functions were successfully executed using the Black Box testing technique. A usability test was conducted with 30 respondents divided into each user group using the USE Questionnaire on a 7-point Likert scale. The results of the usability test gave an overall average value of 6.26 with a feasibility percentage of 89.4% which was included in the 81%-100% range with an interpreted score of "Very Eligible".
