Triase merah merupakan pasien yang membutuhkan pertolongan segera, apabila tidak ditangani segera maka akan mengancam jiwa pasien. Standar waktu response time pada triase merah adalah kurang dari 5 menit. Kecepatan response time mempengaruhi kecemasan pasien dan keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan response time perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien triase merah di RS Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif pendekatan cross sectional study dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 60 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk untuk mengetahui waktu tanggap perawat adalah lembar response time dan State Anxiety Inventory Form Y yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien. Hasil uji analisis univariat didapatkan response time perawat di IGD RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh kategori cepat berjumlah 35 responden (58,3%) dan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien triase merah berada pada kategori sedang berjumlah 33 responden (55,0%). Hasil uji bivariat menggunakan chi square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% didapatkan nilai p value 0,005, yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara response time perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien triase merah di RS Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah semakin cepat response time perawat terhadap pasien maka akan menurunkan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah informasi tentang pentingnya kecepatan waktu tanggap perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien sehingga dapat menurunkan kecemasan keluarga pasien.

Red triage is a patient who needs immediate help, if not treated immediately it will threaten the patient's life. The accuracy of the response time in the red triage is less than 5 minutes. The speed of response time is related to the anxiety of the patient and his family. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurse response time and patient anxiety levels at the Banda Aceh City Government Hospital. This research method is a cross sectional approach with a sampling technique using purposive sampling of 60 respondents. The instrument used to measure the level of family anxiety using the State Anxiety Inventory Form Y which has been run by the researcher and the nurse response time sheet to determine the nurse's time. The results of the statistical analysis test using chi square with a significance level of 95% obtained p value 0.005 which means that there is a relationship between nurse response time and family anxiety of red triage patients at the Banda Aceh City Government Hospital. The conclusion from the results of this study is that a faster response time to nurses will reduce the level of anxiety of the patient's family. The results of this study are expected to be useful to add to the experience of nurses regarding the importance of good response time in providing services to patients so as to reduce the anxiety of the patient's family.
