ABSTRAK Studi pengaruh waktu penyulingan terhadap mutu minyak nilam (patchouli oil) Aceh bertujuan untuk mengetahui waktu optimum yang dibutuhkan pada penyulingan nilam untuk mendapatkan minyak nilam yang berkualitas sesuai Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI).
