ABSTRAK Lupus eritematosus sistemik (LES) merupakan penyakit autoimun kronis yang menyebabkan inflamasi dengan beragam manifestasi klinis, patofisiologi dan prognosis. LES menjadi penyakit reumatik utama di dunia selama 30 tahun terahir dengan prevalensi yang bervariasi pada berbagai populasi, antara 2,9/100.000-400/100.000.
