ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of independent variables on dividend payout ratio of financial companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2010 to 2014. Independent variables used in this study are profitability, growth rate, free cash flow, firm size, and debt ratio.
