The biosorbtion process of lead using east (Saccharomyces cereviceae,Saccharomyces sp.) as the biosorber, had been performed in laboratory scale onfixed condition (pH:5.5; T:30 €; 120 rpm) with the addition of Pb(NO,) in the variation concentration of 0; 0.1; 1; 10; 100; 1000 ppm to the media made of yeast, peptone, and dextrose (YPD).
