Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen atau peran komitmen perangkat gampong sebagai mediasi pada pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat gampong (studi pada seluruh kecamatan di kabupaten aceh selatan. penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh desa di kabupaten aceh selatan yang berjumlah sebanyak 260desa. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat gampong pada seluruh desa di kabupaten aceh selatan yang berjumlah sebanyak 3156 orang. jumlah sampelyang digunakan adalah sebanyak 232 orang. analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen perangkat gampong, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen perangkat gampong, keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat gampong, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat gampong, komitmen perangkat gampong berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat gampong, komitmen perangkat gampong memediasi secara penuh pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja perangkat gampong, dan komitmen perangkat gampong memediasi secara parsial pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat gampong. kata kunci: kinerja perangkat gampong, komitmen perangkat gampong, keadilan organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja  



Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable or the role of Village Apparatus Commitment as Mediation on the Effect of Organizational Justice and Work Environment on Village Apparatus Performance (Study in All Districts in South Aceh Regency. This study was conducted in all villages in South Aceh Regency which totaling 260 villages. The population in this study were village officials in all villages in South Aceh Regency totaling 3156 people. The number of samples used was 232 people. The data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that organizational justice affects the commitment of village officials, the work environment affects the commitment of village officials, organizational justice affects the performance of village officials, the work environment affects the performance of village officials, the commitment of village officials has an effect on to the performance of village officials, the commitment of village officials to fully mediate the effect of organizational justice on the performance of village officials, and the commitment of village officials to partially mediate the influence of the work environment on the performance of village officials.
