Dengan tercapainya informasi yang didapat melalui website uilis.unsyiah.ac.id maka pengguna dapat mengevaluasi informasi tersebut untuk kebutuhan informasi yang ingin didapatkan. terciptanya saluran informasi website uilis.unsyiah.ac.id yang baik dapat menentukan model yang paling tepat antara perpustakaan dan pengguna. penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan website uilis.unsyiah.ac.id terhadap tingkat kepuasan kebutuhan informasi tugas akhir pada mahasiswa universitas syiah kuala. menggunakan teori uses and gratification untuk melihat bagaimana para pengguna website uili.unsyiah.ac.id mendapatkan kepuasan dalam mencari informasi tugas akhir pada website tersebut. metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksplanatif. peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 247 mahasiswa yang sedang menyelesaikan proposal penelitian/tugas akhir/skripsi dengan memberikan 18 pertanyaan angket. kemudian menelisik mengenai data pendukung melalui jurnal dan buku. peneliti mendapatkan bahwa penggunaan website uilis.unsyiah.ac.id berpengaruh kuat terhadap tingkat kepuasan kebutuhan informasi tugas akhir pada mahasiswa universitas syiah kuala. semakin kuat tingkat penggunaan website uilis.unsyiah.ac.id maka berpengaruh semakin kuat juga tingkat kepuasan kebutuhan informasi tugas akhir yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa universitas syiah kuala. kata kunci: penggunan website, uilis.unsyiah.ac.id, tingkat kepuasan, kebutuhan informasi

Currently the need for information is increasing and can no longer be limited to only interpersonal communication. Information must reach the audience quickly and spread as widely as possible. With the achievement of information obtained through the uilis.unsyiah.ac.id Website, users can evaluate the information for the information needs to be obtained. Therefore, libraries must provide information and serve users and information service seekers. The creation of a good uilis.unsyiah.ac.id website information channel can determine the most appropriate model between the library and users. This research was conducted to see the effect of using the uilis.unsyiah.ac.id website on the level of satisfaction of the information needs of the final project in Syiah Kuala University students. Using the Uses and Gratification theory to see how users of the uilis.unsyiah.ac.id website get satisfaction in finding final project information on the website. The method used in this research is explanative quantitative. Researchers conducted research by distributing questionnaires to 247 students who were completing a research proposal/final project/thesis by giving 18 questionnaire questions. Then examine the supporting data through journals and books. The researcher found that the use of the uilis.unsyiah.ac.id website had a strong effect on the level of satisfaction of the information needs of the final project on Syiah Kuala University students. The stronger the level of use of the uilis.unsyiah.ac.id website, the stronger the level of satisfaction of final project information needs felt by Syiah Kuala University students.
