Kementerian pendidikan, kebudayaan, riset dan teknologi universitas syiah kuala fakultas keperawatan program studi magister keperawatan tesis 26 agustus 2021 xii + 5 bab + 90 halaman + 1 tabel + 4 skema + 15 lampiran eka oktarina riani 1812201010003 pengalaman primary caregiver dalam membantu respon adaptasi anak korban kekerasan fisik di kota banda aceh: studi fenomenologi abstrak respon adaptasi terhadap kekerasan fisik pada anak dapat dimanifestasikan dalam fungsi fisiologis, fungsi peran, konsep diri dan interdependensi. namun pada kasus-kasus kekerasan fisik pada anak, belum didapatkan bukti tentang bagaimana primary caregiver membantu proses adaptasi anak korban kekerasan fisik. berkaitan dengan masalah diatas peneliti tertarik ingin melakukan penelitian tentang pengalaman primary caregiver dalam membantu respon adaptasi anak korban kekerasan fisik yang berfokus pada respon fisiologis, konsep diri, interdependensi dan fungsi peran. desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. partisipan berjumlah 8 orang yang didapatkan melalui teknik purposive sampling. penelitian ini menghasilkan 7 tema yang menggambarkan bagaimana primary caregiver membantu anak korban kekerasan fisik dalam melalui proses adaptasi, khususnya adaptasi pemenuhan fisiologis, konsep diri, fungsi peran dan interdependensi. kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya seorang primary caregiver dalam memahami persepsi kekerasan fisik pada anak sehingga dapat memberikan informasi yang tepat dalam menangani masalah tersebut. menyikapi hal tersebut temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan berbagai pihak untuk di jadikan sebagai dasar dalam membantu anak korban kekerasan fisik khususnya dalam membantu respon adaptasi anak. kata kunci: anak usia sekolah , adaptasi fisiologis, adaptasi konsep diri, adaptasi fungsi peran, dan adaptasi interdependensi daftar pustaka: 1 buku, 39 jurnal, (1999-2021)



Abstract

ABSTRACT The adaptive response to physical abuse by children can be manifested in physiological functions, role functions, self-concept, and interdependence. However, in cases of physical violence against children, there is no evidence of how primary caregivers help the adaptation process of children as physical violence victims. Regarding the problem, the researcher was interested in conducting research on primary caregivers' experience in helping the adaptation response of children as victims of physical violence that focuses on physiological responses, self-concept, interdependence, and role functions. This study used a phenomenological approach to conduct qualitative research. There were eight participants obtained through the purposive sampling technique. The results revealed seven themes that described how primary caregivers help children who are victims of physical violence go through the adaptation process, especially adaptation to physiological fulfillment, self-concept, role functions, and interdependence. The conclusion of this study shows the importance of a primary caregiver in understanding the perception of physical violence in children to provide the correct information in dealing with the problem. Therefore, the findings of this study can be considered by various parties to be used as a basis for helping children who are victims of physical violence, especially in helping children's adaptation responses.
