Kementerian pendidikan, kebudayaan, riset dan teknologi universitas syiah kuala fakultas keperawatan program studi magister keperawatan tesis 31 januari 2022 xv halaman + v bab + 81 halaman + 13 tabel + 3 gambar + 12 lampiran affuadi npm. 1712201010029 studi komparatif kepatuhan perawat dalam pelaksanaan komunikasi metode situation, background, assessment, recommendation (sbar) di rumah sakit rujukan dan non rujukan covid-19 provinsi aceh abstrak komunikasi menjadi sangat penting dalam pelayanan keperawatan dan dari berbagai proses pelaksanaannya di lapangan masih ditemukan penerapan komunikasi yang kurang efektif, terutama komunikasi sesama anggota tenaga kesehatan, seperti komunikasi dengan metode sbar. tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kepatuhan perawat dalam pelaksanaan komunikasi metode sbar di rumah sakit rujukan dan non rujukan covid-19 di provinsi aceh. jenis penelitian kuantitatif; studi komparatif pada rumah sakit rujukan dan non rujukan covid-19 dengan desain cross sectional study, sampel penelitian berjumlah masing-masing 45 orang, pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive random sampling, alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dalam bentuk dichotomy choice, analisa data dengan uji statistik deskriptif dan mann whitney u test. hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan pelaksanaan komunikasi sbar di rumah sakit rujukan 100% responden patuh, sedangkan pelaksanaan komunikasi sbar di rumah sakit non rujukan 95,6% responden patuh. terdapat perbedaan pelaksanaan komunikasi metode sbar di rumah sakit rujukan dan non rujukan covid-19 provinsi aceh (p=0,000). diharapkankan kepada tenaga keperawatan di rumah sakit rujukan dan non rujukan covid-19 agar dapat terus meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pasien dengan menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik, terutama dalam pelaksanaan komunikasi metode sbar. kata kunci : kepatuhan, komunikasi sbar, covid-19 daftar bacaan : 22 buku, 21 jurnal, 1 link internet

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, CULTURE, RESEARCH, AND TECHNOLOGY SYIAH KUALA UNIVERSITY NURSING FACULTY NURSING MASTER STUDY PROGRAM THESIS January 31, 2022 xv pages + V chapters + 81 pages + 13 tables + 3 pictures + 12 attachments AFFUADI NPM. 1712201010029 COMPARATIVE STUDY OF NURSE COMPLIANCE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SITUATION, BACKGROUND, ASSESSMENT, AND RECOMMENDATION (SBAR) COMMUNICATION METHODS AT COVID-19 REFERRAL AND NON-REFERRAL HOSPITALS IN ACEH PROVINCE ABSTRACT Communication becomes very important in nursing services and from various implementation processes in the field, it is still found that the application of communication is less effective, especially communication among members of health workers, such as communication with the SBAR methods. The purpose of the study was to identify nurse compliance in implementing the SBAR method of communication at Covid-19 referral and non-referral hospitals in Aceh Province. Types of quantitative research; a comparative study at Covid-19 referral and non-referral hospitals with a cross-sectional study design, the research samples were total of 45 people each, sampling by purposive random sampling, data collection tools in the form of a questionnaire in the form of dichotomy choice, data analysis with statistical tests descriptive and Mann Whitney U Test. The results showed that the level of compliance with the implementation of SBAR communication at referral hospitals was 100% obedient, while the implementation of SBAR communication at non-referral hospitals was 95.6% obedient. There are differences in the implementation of the SBAR methods of communication at the Covid-19 referral and non-referral hospitals in Aceh Province (p=0.000). It is hoped that nursing staff at Covid-19 referral and non-referral hospitals can continue to improve services to patients by carrying out their functions properly, especially in implementing the SBAR communication methods.
