Dan knowledge sharing pada kinerja satpol pp dan wh aceh * muhammad oky, nurdasila, syafruddin magister manajemen, universitas syiah kuala, indonesia *corresponding author : muhammadoky2@gmail.com abstrak penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh mediating organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) pada hubungan antara sikap kerja dan knowledge sharing pada kinerja satpol pp dan wh aceh. populasinya adalah semua pegawai dinas satpol pp dan wh aceh yang berjumlah 907 orang. anggota sampel ditentukan dengan menerapkan teknik probability sampling, dan juga melalui rumus slovin diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 278 orang. skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala likert dan peralatan analisis yang digunakan adalah sem amos. hasil pengujian hipotesis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa sikap, knowledge sharing, ocb anggota, kinerja anggota satpol pp dan wh aceh sudah berjalan dengan baik. pengujian hipotesis verifikatif menunjukkan bahwa sikap, knowledge sharing, dan ocb berpengaruh terhadap kinerja satpol pp dan wh aceh, sikap dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh terhadap ocb, dan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara sikap dan knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja satpol pp dan wh aceh melalui ocb. dalam model yang teruji ini, ocb berperan sebagai parsial mediator. hasil temuan ini membuktikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja dinas satpol pp dan wh aceh merupakan fungsi dari perbaikan sikap, penerapan knowledge sharing, dan penerapan ocb- nya. keyword : sikap, knowledge sharing, ocb, kinerja satpol pp



Abstract

THE EFFECT OF OCB MEDIATION ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORK ATTITUDE AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING ON THE PERFORMANCE OF SATPOL PP AND WH ACEH * Muhammad Oky, Nurdasila, Syafruddin Magister Manajemen, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Indonesia *Corresponding Author : muhammadoky2@gmail.com Abstract This study was conducted to determine and examine the effect of Mediating Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the relationship between work attitudes and knowledge sharing on the performance of Satpol PP and WH Aceh Province, Indonesia. The population was all employees of the Satpol PP and WH institution of Aceh Province, totaling 907 people. The sample members were determined by applying the probability sampling technique, and also through the Slovin formula, the number of samples was 278 people. The measurement scale used was the Likert scale and the analytical equipment used was SEM AMOS. The results of the descriptive hypothesis testing show that attitudes, knowledge sharing, OCB members, performance of members of Satpol PP and WH Aceh have gone well. Testing the verification hypothesis shows that attitudes, knowledge sharing, and OCB affect the performance of Satpol PP and WH Aceh, attitudes and knowledge sharing affect OCB, and there is an indirect effect between attitudes and knowledge sharing on the performance of Satpol PP and WH Aceh through OCB. In this tested model, OCB acts as a partial mediator. These findings prove that the improvement in the performance of the Aceh Satpol PP and WH services is a function of Attitude Improvement, Knowledge Sharing Implementation, and OCB implementation.
