Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji (1) pengaruh pendidikan anggota dewan, (2) pengaruh pengalaman anggota dewan, (3) pengaruh political background anggota dewan, (4) pengaruh pengetahuan anggota dewan terhadap kesiapan penggunaan teknologi dalam penganggaran daerah. populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota dewan perwakilan rakyat aceh (dpra) periode 2019-2024 dengan jumlah 81 responden. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara langsung kepada responden pada bulan oktober sampai november 2021. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi spss versi 23. hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: (1) pendidikan anggota dewan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan penggunaan teknologi dalam penganggaran daerah; (2) pengalaman anggota berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan penggunaan teknologi dalam penganggaran daerah; (3) political background anggota dewan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan penggunaan teknologi dalam penganggaran daerah; (4) pengetahuan anggota dewan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan penggunaan teknologi dalam penganggaran daerah. kata kunci : pendidikan anggota dewan, pengalaman anggota dewan, political background anggota dewan, pengetahuan anggota dewan, kesiapan penggunaan teknologi dalam penganggaran daerah.

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine (1) the effect of council members' education, (2) the influence of council members' experience, (3) the influence of council members' political background, (4) the influence of council members' knowledge on the readiness to use technology in regional budgeting. The population and sample in this study were all members of the Aceh People's Representative Council (DPRA) for the 2019-2024 period with a total of 81 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that was distributed directly to respondents from October to November 2021. The analytical method used was multiple linear with the SPSS version 23 application. The results of the study proved that: (1) the education of board members had no effect on the readiness to use technology in regional budgeting; (2) member experience influences the readiness to use technology in regional budgeting; (3) the political background of the members of the council does not affect the readiness to use technology in regional budgeting; (4) the knowledge of council members does not affect the readiness to use technology in regional budgeting.
