Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh dari variabel religiusitas, pendapatan, dan, kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat nasabah dalam bertransaksi pada pt. bprs mustaqim sukamakmur banda aceh. teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan total sampel untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang responden yang bertransaksi pada pt. bprs mustaqim sukamakmur banda aceh. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel religiusitas, pendapatan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah. variabel pendapatan sangat besar pengaruhnya secara parsial terhadap minat nasabah dalam bertransaksi di pt. bprs mustaqim sukamakmur banda aceh. hasil secara simultan memperlihatkan bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh terhadap minat nasabah. diharapkan peningkatan minat nasabah dapat berdampak positif terhadap pengembangan pt. bprs mustaqim sukamakmur banda aceh kata kunci: religiusitas, pendapatan, kualitas pelayanan, minat nasabah



Abstract

This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of the variables of religiosity, income, and service quality on customer interest in transacting at PT. BPRS Mustaqim Sukamakmur Banda Aceh. The sampling technique was purposive sampling so the total sample for this study was 100 respondents who transacted at PT. BPRS Mustaqim Sukamakmur Banda Aceh. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially religiosity, income, and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer interest. The income variable has a very large influence partially on the customer's interest in transacting at PT. BPRS Mustaqim Sukamakmur Banda Aceh. Simultaneous results show that all variables affect customer interest. It is hoped that the increase in customer interest can have a positive impact on the development of PT. BPRS Mustaqim Sukamakmur Banda Aceh Keywords: Religiosity, Income, Service Quality, Customer Interest
