Abstrak meningkatnya beban kerja bagi profesi perawat di masa pandemi covid-19, menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian dengan sumber daya, mengakibatkan terjadinya burnout syndrome, yang merupakan kelelahan fisik, emosional dan psikologis yang menuntut secara emosional. burnout syndrome memiliki konsekuensi berbahaya terhadap kualitas kerja perawat dan menjadi risiko tinggi penurunan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian burnout syndrome pada perawat yang bekerja di ruang perawatan covid-19. penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 79 perawat, sedangkan untuk sampel penelitian berjumlah 79 orang perawat menggunakan teknik total sampling. teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner copenhage burnout syndrome (cbi) yang dikembangkan oleh ashari. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian responden mengalami burnout syndrome sebanyak 47 responden (59,5%), personal burnout sebanyak 45 responden (57,0%), work-related burnout sebanyak 47 responden (59,5%) dan mengalami patient-related burnout sebanyak 49 responden (60,2%). diharapkan bagi tim manajemen rumah sakit dapat memberikan promosi kesehatan terkait burnout syndrome pada tenaga kesehatan yang terlibat dalam perawatan covid-19 sebagai antisipasi dini dalam mengurangi kejadian burnout syndrome. kata kunci: burnout syndrome, perawat, covid-19 daftar bacaan: 7 buku, 2 tesis, 55 jurnal, artikel 23, web 8 (2005-2022).

Abstract
ABSTRACT The increasing workload for the nursing profession during the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a mismatch with resources, resulting in burnout syndrome, which is an emotionally demanding physical, emotional and psychological exhaustion. Burnout syndrome has dangerous consequences for the quality of work of nurses and is a high risk of decreasing the quality of services provided. The purpose of this study was to describe the incidence of burnout syndrome in nurses working in the COVID-19 treatment room. This study uses a descriptive method with a cross sectional study approach. The population in the study amounted to 79 nurses, while for the research sample amounted to 79 nurses using total sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used the Copenhage Burnout Syndrome (CBI) questionnaire developed by Ashari. The results showed that some respondents experienced burnout syndrome as many as 47 respondents (59.5%), personal burnout as many as 45 respondents (57,0%), work-related burnout as many as 47 respondents (59.0%) and experienced patient-related burnout. as many as 49 respondents (60.2%). It is hoped that the hospital management team can provide health promotions related to burnout syndrome to health workers involved in treating COVID-19 as an early anticipation in reducing the incidence of burnout syndrome.
