Meningkatnya kasus covid-19 mendorong pemerintah menerapkan berbagai upaya untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi dampak covid-19. salah satunya dengan menciptakan inovasi program kampung tangguh nusantara. purwodadi merupakan salah satu desa yang sudah menerapkan inovasi tersebut. penerapan program tersebut di desa purwodadi dilatarbelakangi oleh penetapan status zona merah pada juli 2020 karena masyarakatnya terinfeksi covid-19. hal tersebut mendorong pemerintah desa purwodadi dan polsek kejuruan muda menerapkan program kampung tangguh nusantara sebagai upaya penanggulangan covid-19. penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui proses difusi inovasi program kampung tangguh nusantara pada masyarakat di desa purwodadi, kecamatan kejuruan muda, kabupaten aceh tamiang. teori yang digunakan yaitu teori difusi inovasi. pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara semiterstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. informan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. hasil penelitian, proses difusi inovasi program kampung tangguh nusantara pada masyarakat desa purwodadi telah melalui empat elemen difusi inovasi. saluran komunikasi yang digunakan dalam menyebarkan inovasi yaitu komunikasi kelompok. jangka waktu yang dibutuhkan masyarakat menerima program ini ialah enam bulan. sasaran program ini ialah masyarakat. proses pengambilan keputusan inovasi melalui lima tahapan, yaitu: 1) pengetahuan, ditandai dengan kesadaran masyarakat akan hadirnya program ini. 2) persuasi, ditandai dengan masyarakat menerima program ini. 3) keputusan, masyarakat turut berpartisipasi di setiap kegiatan sosialisasi protokol kesehatan. 4) implementasi, masyarakat memutuskan tetap menerima program ini. 5) konfirmasi, masyarakat memanfaatkan media online untuk mencari informasi terkait program ini. kata kunci: difusi inovasi, program kampung tangguh nusantara, komunikasi kelompok

The increasing number of Covid-19 cases has prompted the government to implement various measures to prevent and cope with the impact of Covid-19. One of them is by creating an innovative Kampung Tangguh Nusantara Program. Purwodadi is one of the villages that has implemented this innovation. The implementation of the program in Purwodadi Village was motivated by the determination of the red zone status in July 2020 because the community was infected with Covid-19. This has prompted the Purwodadi Village government and the Kejuruan Muda Police Station to implement the kampung tangguh nusantara program as an effort to overcome Covid-19. This study aims to determine the process of diffusion of innovations from the kampung tangguh nusantara program to the community in Purwodadi Village, Kejuruan Muda District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The theory used is the Diffusion of Innovation Theory. Qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the innovation diffusion process for the kampung tangguh nusantara program in the Purwodadi Village community has gone through four elements of innovation diffusion. The communication channel used in disseminating innovation is group communication. The period of time required for the community to accept this program is six months. The target of this program is the community. The innovation decision-making process goes through five stages, namely: 1) Knowledge, marked by public awareness of the presence of this program. 2) Persuasion, marked by the community accepting this program. 3) The decision, the community participates in every health protocol socialization activity. 4) Implementation community decided to continue to accept this program. 5) Confirmation, people use online media to find information related to this program.
