Pandemi covid-19 yang terus meningkat membuat sistem pembelajaran mahasiswa profesi ners berubah untuk mencegah pencegahan terhadap penularan virus covid-19. mahasiswa profesi ners harus menerapkan beberapa protokol kesehatan secara ketat. mahasiswa juga merasa takut tertular covid-19 karena jika tertular akan terancam gagal pada stase kepaniteraan klinik keperawatan senior (k3s). selain itu, banyaknya penugasan mahasiswa profesi ners juga menambah beban. kondisi seperti ini terus berlanjut dan dapat menyebabkan burnout. penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa profesi ners fakultas keperawatan universitas syiah kuala dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling yang berjumlah 78 orang. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner baku yaitu maslach burnout inventory (mbi). hasil menunjukkan bahwa 34 responden (43,56%) burnout sedang, 26 responden (33,33%) burnout tinggi dan 18 responden (23,08%) burnout rendah. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa profesi ners fakultas keperawatan universitas syiah kuala berada pada burnout sedang. bagi mahasiswa agar selalu menyiapkan diri untuk menghadapi pendidikan profesi ners di masa pandemi covid-19 agar menghindari resiko terjadinya burnout syndrome.



Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that continues to increase has made the learning system for nursing professional students change. This change was made in order to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Nursing profession students must strictly implement several health protocols, students were afraid of contracting Covid-19 because if they were infected they would be threatened with failure at the Senior Nursing Clinical Clerkship (K3S) station. Conditions as such continued to cause burnout. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were students of the Nursing Profession of the Nursing Faculty, Syiah Kuala University using a total sampling technique of 78 people. The data collection technique used two standard questionnaires, namely MBI (Burnout Maslach Inventory). The results showed that 34 respondents (43.56%) had moderate burnout, 26 respondents (33.33%) had high burnout and 18 respondents (23.08%) had low burnout. As the conclusion of this study, the majority of the Nursing Profession students of the Nursing Faculty, Syiah Kuala University were in moderate burnout. Thus, for students to always prepare themselves to face the professional nursing education during the Covid-19 pandemic in order to avoid the risk of burnout syndrome.
