Bantuan langsung tunai (blt) merupakan program pemerintah dimana bantuan akan diberikan langsung kepada masyarakat kurang mampu. tujuan dari rencana pemberian program bantuan ini adalah guna menjaga daya beli masyarakat di masa pandemi. jumlah calon penerima blt yang akan diseleksi mencapai ratusan. penentuan calon warga mana yang diinginkan perlu sebuah alat bantu yang tepat. metode electre merupakan suatu bentuk model pendukung keputusan berdasarkan metode outranking dengan menggunakan perbandingan berpasangan dari alternatif berdasarkan alternatif yang sesuai. sedangkan metode saw penentuan perankingan dimulai dari nilai preferensi terbesar sampai ke preferensi yang terkecil. berdasarkan percobaan mencari hasil keputusan yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali menggunakan metode electre, dengan kombinasi pembobotan yang berbeda-beda diperoleh 10 urutan teratas dengan nomor berkas pengaju 22, 33, 23, 9, 36, 34, 8, 25, 1, dan 27. sementara untuk metode saw, berdasarkan percobaan mencari hasil keputusan sebanyak 3 kali dengan kombinasi pembobotan yang berbeda-beda, diperoleh 10 urutan teratas dengan nomor berkas 13, 39, 30, 23, 2, 17, 20, 22, 35, dan 25. penentuan kriteria dan pemberian bobot keputusan untuk masing-masing kriteria sangat penting. penambahan kriteria atau perubahan nilai bobot keputusan akan mengakibatkan perubahan hasil keputusan, walaupun menggunakan data kandidat penerima yang sama. kata kunci : bantuan langsung tunai (blt), keputusan, electre, saw, urutan.

Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is a government program where assistance will be provided directly to underprivileged communities. The purpose of the plan to provide this assistance program is to maintain people's purchasing power in the pandemic period. The number of prospective BLT recipients who will be selected reaches hundreds. Determining which candidates are wanted needs a proper tool. The ELECTRE method is a form of decision support model based on the outranking method using a paired comparison of alternatives based on the appropriate alternative. While the SAW method of determining the role starts from the value of the largest preference to the smallest preference. Based on the experiment looking for the results of decisions made 3 times using the ELECTRE method, with different weighting combinations obtained the top 10 sequences with the file numbers of the claimant 22, 33, 23, 9, 36, 34, 8, 25, 1, and 27. As for the SAW method, based on experiments looking for the results of decisions 3 times with different weighting combinations, obtained the top 10 sequences with file numbers 13, 39, 30, 23, 2, 17, 20, 22, 35, and 25. The determination of criteria and the weighting of decisions for each criterion is very important. The addition of criteria or changes in the value of decision weights will result in a change in the outcome of the decision, even using the same recipient candidate data.
