Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengelola keuangan daerah dengan tambahan penghasilan prestasi kerja sebagai pemoderasi pada pemerintah kota banda aceh. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pejabat daerah yang terlibat dalam pengelola keuangan daerah di kota banda aceh. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pejabat dan pegawai skpk yang terlibat sebagai pengelola keuangan di skpk pemerintah kota banda aceh ada sebanyak 176 responden. analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan program spss (statistical package for social science). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem akuntansi pemerintah daerah, kompetensi, dan penatausahaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengelola keuangan daerah, sistem akuntansi pemerintah daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pengelola keuangan daerah, kompentasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengelola keuangan daerah, penataausahaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengelola keuangan daerah. tambahan penghasilan prestasi kerja memoderasi pengaruh sistem akuntansi pemerintah daerah terhadap kinerja pengelola keuangan daerah, tambahan penghasilan prestasi kerja memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pengelola keuangan daerah, dan tambahan penghasilan prestasi kerja memoderasi pengaruh penatausahaan keuangan daerah terhadap kinerja pengelola keuangan daerah. kata kunci: kinerja pengelola keuangan, kompetensi, penatausahaan, prestasi kerja, sistem akuntansi pemerintah

The purpose of this study was to exemine the factors affecting the performance of regional financial managers with additional work achievement income as moderators in the banda aceh city government. The population in this study were all local officials involved in managing regional finance in Banda Aceh City. The sample in this study were SKPK officials and employees who were involved as financial managers in the Banda Aceh City Government SKPK there were as many as 176 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression which was processed with the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program. The results showed that the Government Accounting System, Competence, and Financial Administration had an effect on the Performance of Regional Financial Managers, the Government Accounting System had a positive effect on the Performance of Regional Financial Managers, Compensation had an effect on the Performance of Regional Financial Managers, Financial Administration had an effect on the Performance of Regional Financial Managers. Additional Work Achievement Income moderates the influence of the Government Accounting System on the Performance of Regional Financial Managers, Additional Work Achievement Income moderates the influence of Competence on the Performance of Regional Financial Managers, and Additional Work Achievement Income moderates the effect of Financial Administration on the Performance of Regional Financial Managers.
