Iv abstrak analisis tipologi dan pengembangan wilayah kecamatan berbasis sektor potensial di kabupaten pasaman, sumatera barat oleh : deop darius npm : 1901201010019 pembimbing 1 : dr.abd.jamal, se.,m.si pembimbing 2 : dr.putri bintusy syathi, se.,ma tujuan suatu pembangunan hakikatnya adalah untuk pemerataan kesejahteraan dan keadilan. berdasarkan data badan pusat statistik provinsi sumatera barat dalam kurun waktu 2010-2019 kabupaten pasaman menempati urutan terakhir laju pertumbuhan ekonomi yakni 5,01 persen, urutan kelima penduduk miskin tertinggi yakni 7,21 persen dan urutan kedua terendah indeks pembangunan manusia yakni 66,46 persen. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi wilayah kecamatan dan menemukan potensi wilayah terbarukan kabupaten pasaman. penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan model analisis kontribusi sektoral, analisis location quotient (lq), analisis shift share, analisis tipologi klassen dan analisis swot dengan pendekatan eksploratif. data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder pdrb provinsi sumatera barat dan kabupaten pasaman periode 2010-2019 sedangkan data primer diperoleh dari observasi lapangan dan wawancara. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian, perikanan dan kehutanan menjadi sektor potensial untuk dikembangkan memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap pembentukan pdrb kabupaten pasaman yakni 55,51 persen. kemudian menjadi sektor basis dengan nilai lq (1.90). pergeseran bersih memiliki nilai positif dengan tingkat keunggulan kompetitif (729,181). hasil analisis tipologi klassen didasarkan pada sektor basis atau potensial yakni sektor perikanan tahun 2019 golongan kuadran i (wilayah maju) yakni kecamatan panti, rao selatan dan padang gelugur. hasil analisis swot yakni sektor unggulan terbarukan di kabupaten pasaman adalah industri olahan perikanan. kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan wilayah kecamatan di kabupaten pasaman dapat dilakukan dari wilayah kecamatan yang tergolong kuadran i (wilayah maju) dan kuadran iii (wilayah berkembang) dengan memanfaatkan sektor unggulan terbarukan yakni industri pengolahan perikanan. perlu dukungan yang totalitas dari pemerintah dan masyarakat kabupaten pasaman sehingga pemerataan kesejahteraan dapat tercapai. kata kunci : pengembangan wilayah, tipologi, sektor potensial

ABSTRACT TYPOLOGICAL ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT AREA BASED ON POTENTIAL SECTORS IN PASAMAN REGENCY, WEST SUMATERA By : Deop Darius Student ID Number : 1901201010019 Supervisor 1 : Dr. Abd. Jamal, SE.,M.Si Supervisor 2 : Dr. Putri Bintusy Syathi, SE.,MA The purpose of a development is essentially for the distribution of welfare and justice. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency for the Province of West Sumatra, in the 2010-2019 period, Pasaman Regency was in the last place in the economic growth rate, namely 5.01 percent, the fifth highest poor population was 7.21 percent and the second lowest was the Human Development Index, namely 66.46 percent. This study aims to determine the classification of the sub-district area and find the potential for renewable areas of Pasaman Regency. This study uses a sectoral contribution analysis model, location quotient (LQ) analysis, shift share analysis, Klassen typology analysis and SWOT analysis with an exploratory approach. The data used in the form of secondary data for the GRDP of the Province of West Sumatra and Pasaman Regency for the period 2010-2019 while the primary data was obtained from field observations and interviews. The results showed that the agricultural, fishery and forestry sectors were potential sectors to be developed and had a major contribution to the formation of Pasaman Regency's GRDP, namely 55.51 percent. Then it becomes the base sector with a value of LQ (1.90). The net shift has a positive value with a level of competitive advantage (729,181). The results of the Klassen typology analysis are based on the base or potential sector, namely the fisheries sector in 2019 quadrant group I (developed regions) namely Panti, South Rao and Padang Gelugur districts. The result of the SWOT analysis is that the leading renewable sector in Pasaman Regency is the fishery processing industry. The conclusion is that the development of subdistricts in Pasaman Regency can be carried out from sub-districts that are classified as quadrant I (developed areas) and quadrant III (developing areas) by utilizing the leading renewable sector, namely the fishery processing industry. Total support is needed from the government and the people of Pasaman Regency so that even distribution of welfare can be achieved. Keywords : Regional Development, Typology, Potential Sector
