Proyek pembangunan gedung ruang/baru puskesmas kuala ba’u aceh selatan bertujuan bertujuan untuk memberikan fasilitas untuk masyarakat untuk menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan tingkat pertama. pada tugas akhir ini membahas tentang perbandingan biaya material yang dihitung oleh kontraktor pekerjaan struktur lantai 1, lantai 2, dan lantai 3 dengan hasil berdasarkan harga pasar tahun 2021 pada kecamatan tapaktuan. perhitungan perbandingan dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaaan harga material berdasarkan kedua perhitungan tersebut. proyek pembangunan gedung ruang/baru puskesmas kuala ba’u dilaksanakan bulan juli 2020 dan selesai pada bulan desember 2020. pt. meurah inseun cemerlang abadi sebagai kontraktor untuk melaksanakan pembangunan gedung ruang/baru puskesmas kuala ba’u dengan nilai proyek rp.4.664.004.953,00. hasil perencanaan memberikan informasi perbandingan biaya material dalam bentuk histogram untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbandingan biaya dari setiap pekerjaan yang dihitung. data yang didapat dari kontraktor berupa rab, time schedule, dan gambar bestek. pada pembangunan gedung ruang/baru puskesmas pada lantai 1 harga yang diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan harga kontraktor lebih terjangkau dengan selisih sebesar rp. 227.982.667,31 dengan persentase 0,79% lebih terjangkau harga kontraktor dibandingkan dengan hasil harga survey. pada lantai 2 harga yang diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan harga kontraktor lebih terjangkau dengan selisih sebesar rp. 101.102.376,17 dengan persentase 0,82% lebih terjangkau harga kontraktor dibandingkan dengan hasil harga survey. pada lantai 3 harga yang diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan harga kontraktor lebih terjangkau dengan selisih sebesar rp. 47.186.594,17 dengan persentase 0,87% lebih terjangkau harga kontraktor dibandingkan dengan hasil harga survey. biaya yang dibutuhkan dari ketiga lantai berdasarkan hasil survey rp. 2.001.731.434,11, sedangkan biaya yang dibutuhkan harga kontraktor sebesar rp. 1.625.459.796,46 dan selisih dari kedua perhitungan tersebut sebesar rp. 376.271.637,65 dengan persentase 0,81% lebih terjangkau harga kontraktor. kata kunci : kebutuhan material, biaya material kontraktor.

Project for the construction of the Kuala Ba'u Health Center/New Health Center Building, South Aceh aims to provide facilities for the community to implementing first-level health efforts. In this final project discusses regarding the comparison of material costs calculated by the structural work contractor 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor with results based on 2021 market prices on Tapaktuan District. Comparison calculations are carried out to find out how big is the difference in material prices based on these two calculations. The Kuala Ba'u Health Center's new building construction project is implemented July 2020 and completed in December 2020. PT. Meurah Inseun Cemerlang Abadi as contractor to carry out building construction Space/New Puskesmas Kuala Ba'u with a project value of Rp. 4,664,953.00. Results planning provides material cost comparison information in the form of histogram to find out how much the cost ratio of each job is which is calculated. Data obtained from contractors in the form of RAB, Time Schedule, and Bestek's image. In the construction of the new Public Health Center Building on the 1st floor the price obtained based on the calculation of the contractor's price is more affordable with a difference of Rp. 227,982,667.31 with a percentage of 0.79% more affordable contractor prices are compared with the results of the survey prices. on the 2nd floor the price is obtained based on the calculation of the contractor's price is more affordable with the difference of Rp. 101,102,376.17 with a percentage of 0.82% more affordable price contractor compared to the results of the survey price. on the 3rd floor the price is obtained based on the calculation of the contractor's price is more affordable with the difference of Rp. 47,186,594.17 with a percentage of 0.87% more affordable prices contractor compared to the results of the survey price.
