Hasnidar. 2021. inventarisasi benalu pada tumbuhan tingkat tinggi di kecamatan krueng barona jaya kabupaten aceh besar. skripsi, jurusan pendidikan biologi, fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan, universitas syiah kuala. pembimbing: (1) dr. hasanuddin, m.si., (2) dewi andayani, s.pd., m.pd. kata kunci: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis benalu yang ada di kawasan kecamatan krueng barona jaya kabupaten aceh besar dan untuk mengetahui tumbuhan tingkat tinggi apa saja yang dijadikan sebagai inang benalu. metode yang digunakan berupa teknik sampling yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. data diperoleh dari observasi awal, pengumpulan data, identifikasi dan kunci determinasi. data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu data yang dikumpulkan berupa gambar benalu, tumbuhan tingkat tinggi yang dijadikan sebagai inang benalu, serta ciri-ciri nya berdasarkan gambar yang diperoleh di lapangan beserta gambar pembanding. hasil penelitian ditemukan 10 spesies benalu yaitu dendrophthoe pentandra, scurrula atropurpurea, dendrophthoe falcata, macrosolen conchinchinensis, dendrophthoe curvata, scrrulla parasitica, taxillus chinensis, dendrophthoe gjellerupii, dendrophthoe glabrescens dan satu spesies lagi termasuk kedalam dendrophthoe sp. tumbuhan tingkat tinggi yang menjadi inang benalu yaitu terdiri dari kersen (muntingia calabura), coklat (theobroma cacao), jati (tectona grandis), langsat (lansium domesticum), kelor (moringa oleifera) dan mangga (mangifera indica l) yang terdiri dari varietas mangga apel, mangga golek, mangga madu, mangga manis dan mangga tepung. kata kunci: inventarisasi, jenis benalu, tumbuhan inang, tumbuhan tingkat tinggi.

Keywords: This study aims to determine the types of parasites that exist in this area Krueng Barona Jaya sub-district, Aceh Besar district and to find out which higher plants serve as hosts for parasites. Which method used in the form of a descriptive qualitative sampling technique. Data obtained from initial observation, data collection, identification and key determination. Data analyzed descriptively qualitatively, namely the data collected in the form of pictures parasites, higher plants that serve as parasite hosts, as well as the characteristics of based on images obtained in the field along with comparison images. The results of the study found 10 species of parasites, namely Dendrophthoe pentandra, Scurrula atropurpurea, Dendrophthoe falcata, Macrosolen conchinchinensis, Dendrophthoe curvata, Scrrulla parasitica, Taxillus chinensis, Dendrophthoe gjellerupii, Dendrophthoe glabrescens and another species belonging to Dendrophthoe sp. Higher-level plants that host parasites, which consist of kersen (Muntingia calabura), cocoa (Theobroma cacao), teak (Tectona grandis), langsat (Lansium domesticum), moringa (Moringa oleifera) and mango (Mangifera indica L) which consists of varieties of apple mango, golek mango, honey mango, sweet mango and mango flour.
