The analytic network process (anp) is a special with multicriteria characteristic in decision making. a special theory of relative measurement is used to obtain priority scale of combined individual scales. priority scale is influenced of elements which are connected each other in criteria controlling. anp is generalization of analytic hierarchy process (ahp) method with using dependence assumption in elements and cluster. anp is also an important phase in decision making since characteristic of anp is feedback in alternative choosing. ln this study, it has discussed about decision making by using anp method and its applied in case study "identification of compatibility level of house to the its resident characteristic" by using a mathematics modeling and getting the greatest priority value to determine a decision. we used consistency test on anp method (cr < 0.1) to check whether anp process by using mathematics modelling can be accepted or not. by previously determining the index of consitency (ci) and consistency rasio (cr). according to researched case study, cr for c, (room type) is 0.0007015, cr for c (usage pattern of room) is 0, cr for c; (condition and building quality) is 0 and cr for ca (pattern of home building) is 0.006. since cr value of each cluster < 0.1, then all of pairwise matrix can be accepted. from the mathematics model, priority sequences of the donors if they are examined from the aspects which are being development priority of the community building based on the biggest value of global priority fonn each alternatives are : care and world vision; bank dunia; islamic rea1ief, pemerintahan turki, bulan sabit merah turki, un-habitat and iom; brr and habitat. keyword: analytic network process (anp), element, cluster. feedback, consitency index, consitency rasio
